Hotel is placed next to the Guggenheim museum, which is worth to see even though you are not a modern art expert ;) Hotel itself is a luxury comfortable building with a balanced art design. I fully recommend |

Location very good for Guggenheim and shopping, relaxing walks, Interesting Use of Space and design of Room, liked the separate toilet although a basin there would be good, liked the shower, liked the newness, Breakfast would be nicer with better meusli, ie Alpen We liked the hotel |

The rooms were interesting with distinct features. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the riverside, the Guggenheim and to local cafes and restaurants. |

Location is good. Staff can speak English and they were friendly. Free Wi/Fi and DVD player in the rooms. Modern decorated. Small details are thought and realised. Single rooms are looking into a small courtyard. But there are cloths hanging at the other buildings and when it's being cooked, it smells. |

The nearest 4-star hotel in Bilbao to Gugenheim. The Hotel environment, In front of the hotel, there was very large scale of road construction was still going on and it made our mind messy and uncomfortable during our stay. |

Cordial personnel with fine presentation; efficient services in smart, clean and cheerful appearance. Soundproofing is adequate for most "normal" conditions, but daytime construction activities penetrate to a minor degree. |

Clean open and airy feeling of the room. Very stylish. Good selection at breakfast Facilities not operational that we particularly wanted to use, ie Gym and Spa which are undergoing long term renovation. This should have been mentioned when booking. |

Excellent location. The room was badly designed, with little table or bench space, and tiny ledges instead of bedside tables. The curtain separating bedroom and bathroom was odd and inadequate. |

It was very close to Guggenheim Museaum. The reception personnel was very good (both ladies), that's why the good rating. Certainly expand the breakfast area, people had to wait outside. Also the personnel in the breakfast was unfriendly, they hardly gave a smile and they were very strict as to were people should sit. I didn't like that at all. Also, the pillows were too soft and low, and there was no option for higher pillows. Also there was no option for lighter blankets, only heavy winter ones (it was May) |

Gostei do conforto do hotel, a decoração e o pequeno almoço era bom. A localização tambem ajuda muito, embora foi dificil encontrar o hotel, pois havia ruas de acesso a ele, que estavam em obras. No quarto havia um livro que falava sobre a cidade com várias recomendações, muito útil! A internet nao funcionou bem e é pena a falta de lugar para estacionar. |
