Helpful staff, very friendly, very clean, decent breakfast with good OJ. Free wifi [intermittant access usually OK] Hotel likes to charge for extras e.g. room with double bed, sat TV, security box etc. Not unreasonable but watch out for it. |

always friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, towels changed daily, continental breakfast ok, quiet location but still close to the centre and beach. definitely worth the price. no soap in the bathroom. sometimes "noisy" neighbours (thin walls?) |

Safe, secure, attracts a young crowd but there isn't too much mayhem so you can chill when wrecked... good location, 5 or 10 mins walk from shops and west end and the egg , 2 mins from bus station . no pool (well there is but you have to share with a hotel up the road), cleaners came too early most mornings, so room didnt get cleaned for a couple of times. |

The personnel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel has been recently renovated and it has a young cosy atmosphere. Air conditioning is not included in the hotel price (additional daily fee of 4€).There is no fridge in the rooms. |

STAFFS, they were perfect especially two sisters, so friendly and informative, and enthusiasm to help you .. Location is quite good but there're better Have to pay 6 Euro for air conditioning and it didn't work anyway, but they gave me my money back though. and somehow feeling while being customer and was customer are quite different but guessing happen to every hotel. |

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was in a very good location away from the noise of the nightlife but near enough to the action. The only issue if any was that we were given keys to the room but when we went in they hadnt been cleaned from the last occupants. |

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are good, the breakfast was lovely, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and value for money is excellent. A couple of staff weren't very helpful, in particular the man at reception. |

Excellent location, near enough to walk to the busy 'West End' but far enough away not to be disturbed at night. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and safe environment. Lack of balcony on rooms for four guests making drying towels and swimwear dificult |

Hotel Orosol was clean, newly renovated. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with art, and dark wood headboard. Nice balcony with plastic chairs. Air conditioning in the room made the stay really comfortable. Staff was very helpful and answered all questions around places to see and where to find things. Reception was open 24 hours. Excellent choice! The only thing that I would rate the lowest would be breakfast, but it is there, so you can grad a croissant and coffee and get on with your day! |

This hotel deserves 3 star::::::::::::everything is perfect::friendly::very very clean and brand new:::and near everything:::what can I say::perfect hotel in perfect location::and the breaskfast:::wow:::i think you must upgrade star s to 3 or 4 star for this hotel:::it deserves it:::yuksel apaydinli Nothing:::everything was perfect::but one star???need to upgrade to 3 star::: |

La atención del personal es excelente; el desayuno está bien y la relación calidad/precio es excepcional en las fechas en que hemos estado. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorarse y el desayuno empezaba a las 9, un poquito tarde. |

El personal del hotel es excepcional, sin duda lo mejor de todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la zona es muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable. |

La amabilidad de las dos hermanas de la recepción y también la relación calidad/precio. No, no puedo decir nada negativo del hotel. Si volvemos a Sant Antoni, repetiremos con el mismo hotel. |

Profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Desayuno a mi estilo. Wifi eficiente. Buen ambiente. Puede ser algo complicado aparcar y localizar el hotel con el GPS. |
