The rooms for us and for our children were excellent, very clean and connected with a special door. We had a room next to the street so that it was getting louder in the morning when the dustbin were emptied. |

this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.it was just for 1 night but the staff where verry good.the breakfast was 10 out of10. we will be staying in this hotel next time in paLMA |

The staff is very friendly and the indoor pool facilities are nice. The room, although big had only one small window so it felt a bit like living in a cave. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the center so if you want to do sightseeing you are better of going for a more central place. |

Schöne zimmer, ordentliches hotel, leider an einer hauptstrasse, Klima ging nicht, sauna nicht in betrieb,hamasbad ebenso, wasser im pool zu kalt. |

Am Empfang wurden alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und auch Längschläfer fanden noch ein gefülltes Buffet vor. Der Wellness-Bereich dürfte etwas gepflegter sein. Aber das war nur nebensächlich, schliesslich wollte ich ja keine Wellnessferien auf Mallorca verbringen. |

de vlotte service In de kamer was het veel te warm. Er is enorm veel straatlawaai, ook op de 4de verdieping. |

Bel hôtel soigné. A noter un très bon petit déjeuner. Dommage que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un parking privé. Il existe toutefois un parking souterrain à proximité, mais un peu cher (+ 16 € pour une nuit). |

Goed gelegen , op wandelafstand van centrum.Proper hotel, nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Genoeg ontspanningsmogelijkheden in het hotel. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado la ubicacion del hotel El desayuno el cafe es aguado, para giris, y si pedias un cafe en condiciones tenias que pagarlo, no entra dentro de desayuno. Me dan la habitacion 106 que esta encima del restaurante, se oye todo, las tazas, los platos, los cubiertos, etc... se oye mucho el ruido de los pasillos y los portazos de las demas habitaciones |

La calides y servicialidad de sus empleados, comfor en la avitacion. y el bufet desayuno exelente. el espa genial y relagante. que no todo el Spa funcionaba corectamente, es una pena pues es lo mejor del hotel en relacion de servicios prestados. |

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Dachterrasse und eigenen Liegebetten (603) und Whirlpoolbadewanne, ausgezeichnetes Frühstückbuffet und die günstige Lage. Der Poolbereich ist klein, aber sauber. |

La habitación era grande y tenía una terraza grande, y con vistas bonitas. El desyuno muy abundante, variado, no repetitivo y muy rico El baño era un poco pequeño y no había espacio para dejar la ropa. El horario de cierre para utilizar el spa era hasta las 20h y es muy pronto, el último día nos dijo otra persona qu era hasta las 21h. |
