Hotel Augusta

The hotel itsself was very nice, room was big and comfortable,clean. Kichnett was really useful. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

The location.Not for people without car.It was really difficult me to bring up water and food.Also down Juan Milo street was rundown pub area. Bewear laundry service especially on Fri. They cannot do in 24h, One of receptionist mentioned I can get on Sat but not. Then another receptionist said only I can get on Mon. posible only after my leaving. Finally they somehow delivered to me on Sun afternoon,but untill I got back them I felt very sad , couldn't enjoy last day in mallorca.

Exellent stay for reasonable money,very goog location,and in room built-in kitchenette.

I lived in a big and nice apartment. Beautiful panorama on the surroundings, good public transport communication to the centre. Price was relatively cheap.

There was some problems with the taps, therefore it was hard to find temperate (no too cold and no too warm) water for showering.

Shopping, golfing and walking

Spacious rooms with big balconies - very friendly and helpful staff - quiet residential neighborhood (a bit off the touristical main attractions, but with good bus communication) - reasonable breakfast. All in all: excellent value for the low price.

Beds could be a bit more solid. But that´s it.

Use of internet, efficiency kitchen, free parking and breakfast.

Bed pillows were too hard.

The atmosphere was good. Not far away from the bus stop. The location was fine to explore the city and make excursions.

The info on what to see and poor was rather poor. We had a guide book with us so we didn't have any problems there.

This is a clea, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel well deserving of it's three star rating. The staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent given that the hotel is three star.

There is nothing to dislike if you are looking for a superb three star hotel and you are able to walk up a steep hill. This is not however a luxury or a boutique hotel.

Very good value for the rate. Excellent views into Palma from my rooms balcony. Close to the bus stop, very near to large Porto Pi shopping centre which includes large supermarket. Size of my single room was massive. I particularly like that the room includes a refrigerator and plates, cups, knives, forks etc. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast is pretty good. Pool area is very pleasant. Really good value. Location is really good for me. Just outside of the centre enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient for getting into central Palma.

The decor of the rooms was not to my taste - very dated with orangey coloured walls. As others have said the hill up to the hotel is very steep If you are not very fit or mobile I'd give it a miss unless you are going to use a car/taxi to get into Palma.

Nice room, good breakfast, charming swimming-pool and first of all - very warm, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended to romantic couples. Location is perfect to stay - beautiful view and surroundings - but not very easy to get to the hotel for the first time. We recommend to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time, and then you may take a bus # 46 to go to Palma historical center or for some times use funicular in the hotel Mallorca nearby.

We just loved that place

The welcome was warm and the staff friendly,; the room was spacious and clean; breakfasts well organised and good choice for continental type; a very pleasant pool area and good views over Palma from 3rd floor balcolny.

Steep hill to climb at the end of the day!
