fully renovated hotel/rooms, very clean facilities, nice out-/in-door swimming pools, panoramic view over bay of Palma, staff always friendly and helpful, availability of kids club the prices at the bar and in the restaurant (lunch/dinner) are very high |

Generaly it was overpriced roomservice and poolside you will pay at least twice what you thought 2 cups of tea before breakfast 18 euros !!! |

Staff friendly and efficient. Terrific views. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Seemed as though we were staying in very exotic location - but with much better food and service than in caribbean! Already recommended to my brother. Food and drink were rather expensive. |

Friendly & helpful staff, great location, lovely golf & pools, super room. Net an excellent place to stay. Nothing. I read a report from a dis-satisfied customer on your site - ignore it the hotle is super. |

Gediegenes, nobles Hotel der Luxusklasse. Sehr guter Service, Grosse, teilweise spektakuläre Aussenräume. 3 Golfplätze je nach Rate im Zimmerpreis enthalten Poolbereich und Gym innen etwas klein geraten wenn das Hotel voll ist |

Wir hatten einen traumhaften URLAUB und sind von diesem Hotel restlos begeistert. Tolles Zimmer /Gran de luxe) mit Blick auf die Bucht von Palma. Das Hotel ist besonders für Golfer und Gourmets zu empfehlen; die Küche ist exzellent, ebenso der Service. Wir fanden die Preise der Minibar etwas zu hoch (0,33 l Wasser = 6 Euro ist einfach überteuert.) |

La tranquilitat nocturna. El descans nocturn excel·lent. El personal, tot, molt professional (cosa difícil avui en dia). He trobat a faltar un servei de prensa personalitzat: quan vaig arribar vaig sol·licitarb per l'endemà dos diaris concrets que no em van proporcionar. |

Prachtig gelegen hotel met uiterst vriendelijke bediening. Kamers zijn schitterend met uitstekende bedden. Prijzen voor drank en eten zijn naar mijn mening aan de hoge kant. |

Hotellet var helt ok. Allt vad man kan begära. Vi åt två kvällar på hotellet och det var ej prisvärt- 500 kr för ett medelmåttigt vin. |

Hotel personalen, maten och atmosfären Hotelrummet var något dåligt städat när vi kom, det fanns saltapinnar och chipsrester på mattan framför TV:n., i övrigt allt annat mycket bra. |

Wir wurden azsgesprochen freundlich und familiär aufgenommen. Es gibt keine Beschwerden bezüglich Komfort, Service und Leistung des Hotels. Das Essen im Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon, was in Anbetracht des herrlichen Wetters und der tollen Aussicht ausgesprochen schade war. |
