Fantastic artwork and design. The room smelt like a stale hospital - there was clearly a problem with the bathroom. We were not allowed to change room during the night, even though the smell has worsened. The manager subsequently provided the worst customer service I have experienced in 20 years of staying in hotels. This was the first hotel I have ever sent a written complaint to. |

the staff was very kind, the view was nice in the our room and it was a short way to the city centre and the harbour. it was not that clean and beautiful as it looked like on photos on your site |

Convenient forthe city, well designed room and bathroom, but weird decor in public places, great breakfast, staff very helpful, nice lounge and great hotel to hang around as had cafe at street level. Our favourite Palma hotel by far. The spa was not very inviting - very strong smell of chlorine on the days we were there - but a nice idea.. |

I liked the location in the city and the spa facilities. The reading lounge was also a nice feature. I missed an iron for shirts in the room. |

The hotel was in a very good position, within walking distance of most of the sights. It overlooked a river and was also very near the lovely shops in Jaime Ave. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always had time for you. Our room was exremely pleasant with beautiful artwork which could also be seen all over the hotel. The spa area was lovely too. |

Great location in the city center. Walking distance to everything. Extra charge to use safe and then you cannot choose your own code. |

Modern, clean and great location. Lovely reception staff, very helpful. grumpy staff in attached bar restaurant, told us at 11 pm at night that it had been long day for him , he was tired and he was closing. Got impression was bit too much trouble to pour two cognacs to take to our room. More funny than anything and woulnt put me off staying again room |

Great location. Very helpful staff. Good sized room. Great modern decor. Insufficient lighting in room. Would have preferred one double bed and one single in triple room rather than three singles. |

The jacuzzi is fantastic The restaurant staff were rude and made comments behind our backs "English"- Not only wrong but ignorant! The food was not good there either. Skip the restaurant. |
