Urban Rustic Palacio Avenida

最近改装されたとかで、設備はとても新しくモダンでした。喫煙の部屋を予約しましたが、部屋にはアロマが炊- かれていてタバコの嫌な臭いもせず快適でした。フロントの対応も良かった。

デザイン優先で、洗面台やシャワーが使いづらかった。滞在中に知人の結婚式があり、着替えをする為に16：- 00過ぎにホテルに帰ったが未だ部屋の掃除が済んで居ませんでした。そのうちにメイドが部屋を掃除にやって- 来ました。隣りの部屋には娘が泊まっていましたが、メイドが１０分後に再度掃除に来ることになっていました- 。夜、部屋に戻ると掃除はされていませんでした。

Nice hotel and couldn't be more central! The cafe downstairs serves great coffee and light food but is not expensive. Room was really modern and comfortable, we especially liked the trendy bathroom.

The rooms were very good; well decorated, clean and modern. The location was good and the city centre and shops were easy to reach on foot.

The bar and restaurant were not inviting. If you like hotel breakfasts and meals don't stay there.

Well situated, right next to Plaza España trains and buses and an easy stroll into Plaza Mayor and the old centre. Modernised building, gleaming marble etc.

The room was very small, completely filled with an enormous bed (no bad thing really - bed very comfortable), but 8cm between bed and furniture on route to bathroom is not really adequate passage. Bathroom very stylish, but no way of hanging posh shower attachment up meaning if you want a shower it´s one-handed or with a helper! Result: very wet bathroom. Despite this, I would stay again and ask for a shower next time.

Decor modern ,minimal and tasteful and the location to Airport Bus and within walking distance of all Palma attractions. Very cleancrisp sheets!

Our rooom for two friends sharing was a little small which I believe was the general standard (fine for a couple though) If you can get a corner room they are excellant in fact out of this world. The bathroom had excellant facilities but a hand held shower over bath which for my personal taste a bit of a let down.

everything was excellent about this hotel. the service was very nice, the room was spacious with a high ceiling, and it was really comfortable. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool facilities.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly every time we spoke to them without exception.

It would have been nice if we'd been allowed to open the window (but there was air conditioning, so it wasn't really a problem).

New hotel with good location in Palma, just outside of the old town and close to most things. Friendly staff and service. However somewhat understaffed, no one to help with luggage for example. Room has a nice window nische which makes it feel more spacious. Modern design albeit with cheap furniture copies of design classics in lobby. Paid a low intro rate of Euro 90 for which is was very good value. Good but somewhat pricey breakfast.

Note that they dont have any rooms with twin beds only queens. I travelled with a friend and we had decided to share room but had to share bed as well. There was no info about this prior to booking.

The hotel location on the Plaza de España, train station and close to the historic center was ideal. The design of the hotel was very nice. The room was beautiful, large and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to El Corte Ingles and Zara, as well.

The room cooling was set so that you could not go below 74F. I had two burned out bulbs in the room which I reported each day for four days and the technical staff never bathered to come and replace them. The front desk staff was equally frustrated with this inattention. The hallway lights turn on as you walk by but some times you had to walk in the dark for a while before the lights would come on.
