とても素晴らしい。3月は安い価格プランが提供されているので便利である。部屋からの海の眺めはトップクラ- スのリゾートの風景である。朝食は16ユーロであるが、内容の豊富さは水準を抜いている。良く見ると外観は- かなり古いが中のレベルは高い。スタッフは親切で感じが良い。 不満はありませんが、朝食が込みのはずと思ったのが別料金であった。 |

Nice room,helpful staff,excellent breakfast,great viws of the marina, easy walk into the centre of Palma and private car parking. Outside od building needs a facelift. |

Service and attention to detail was excellent. Reception staff made you feel very welcome and service from the lounge bar was prompt and professional. Choice of breakfast was vast and quality of food of very high standard. It was my partners birthday during our stay and a complimentary bottle of champagne was left in the room for him which was a lovely gesture. Was disappointed that there was only limited fitness facilities and due to the time of year these were not accessible. I would expect a hotel of this standard to have facilities available throughout the year and not just limited to the summer months. |

Excellent hotel and seaview room on 14th floor, directly opposite the Marina with views over Palma Cathedral which was 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop to town centre, airport etc directly outside hotel. Excellent location for a City Break. All staff were exceptionally professional and helpful. Outside on the swimming pool terrace there was a lot of traffic noise, as the main road was between the hotel and the marina. |

Good hotel for business travellers. Clean, but not brand new. Looks as it was renovated in 90s. Sea view is worthwhile, it is really good. Code deposit box in the room. Breakfast has a wide choice of food. Location is convinient. Local bus stop just before the hotel. Bus stop may be used to go to Palma airport with Bus 1. Bit noisy. Staff was unable promptly help with WiFi connection of laptop. |

The outstanding view from the 8th floor balcony Full of activity and interest with cruise ships coming in, view of the lit up cathedral. Traffic noise but the rooms were well insulated and did not hear traffic when windows closed |

Great location we walked everywhere. The non English speaking Housekeeping Staff were extremely helpful they immediately produced an electric adapter to allow me to charge my phone. The breakfasts were wonderful if expensive at Euro 17.59 once we signed up for the special MAS loyalty card we only had to pay for 1 breakfast each morning as we got one free. Needs a face lift! The Reception Staff were according to themselves much too busy to assist me in borrowing an adapter. The Dining Room staff were generally snooty, unhelpful and inefficient we had lunch there the day we were leaving were 45 mins asking for desert menu had to leave for airport without it. |

The hotel was facing the lovely marina. The pool was location was excellent and offered a great view. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The bar closed very early. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. |

The staff where very helpful when ever we asked anything, when checking in was given choice of upgreading( which we did the view was great) also told if we sign up to the club we get a buy one get one free breakfast and signing up was free and u also earn points towards rooms etc. Drinks and food was priced good and bar staff where friendly and helpful. The pool was a great temp to cool off in too after a hot morning walking around seeing the sites |

Excellent location, very easy 5 minute walk into the centre of Palma, also amazing views, worth paying the extra for a harbour view. Breakfast also very good with a lot of choice and good quality food. |
