Decent food nice pool area Its in the middle of the red light and prostitution area.not too obvious during the day be a bit uncomfortable at night |

The room was nice with a reasonable sized balcony. Breakfast and dinner were good, with lots of food choice The daily charge for the safety deposit box; a despoit should be enough. No free drinks at dinner, not even water, and very over priced soft drinks (the water was even more than from the venting machine in reception!). Rubbish coffee at breakfast. 2 single beds pushed together does not make the room a double. No fridge in the room |

Balcony had great view of the mountains. Didn't spend much time in the actual hotel, so no other comments to make. The hotel did make an effort to keep guests entertained, which is always a good thing. I didn't like the frankly ludicrous charge to use the hotel safe, as well as the deposit which is required for air-conditioning remote control, use of the phone etc |

The standard of the room was good. The swimming pool area and bar were excellent. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is close to all the attractions of Las Americas. My room on the 9th floor, while it had a great seaview, suffered from late night noise from the bars on Veronica's Strip. This may be because I was on a high floor and could see the Strip from my room. |

Only a very short two day stay but the staff were all very helpful. They provided a cold meal for our arrival very early in the morning and a room for 30 mins to shower when we checked out beyond the 12:00 cut-off. Food appeared good with a wide choice. The area does not seem the best for walking around at night and we took taxis when going to places at around 6 euros. |

A good breakfast (did not try the other meals). Clean and tidy. Location away from noisy nightlife, but not too far to walk for restaurants or beaches. Good value for money. |

For me very like new Air Condicions at the room, before I has stay at Iberostar Boungavila playa, and ther has only fen not Air Condicion. Supper here..!!!! poor brekfast, don't have any veg. salads at morning. and evry morning a some kinde brekfast. It's Bed...!!! |

When it was thought by the room staff that I was to vacate my room on Fri 30/01/2009 when in fact it was Sat 31/01/2009. I was in no unsertan terms told to leave my room and was marched to reseption where the problem was solved without an apology......... |

el hotel no tiene nada que envidiar a muchos hoteles de 4* en los que estado,en relacion calidad-precio es excelente,la comida buffet es muy variada...si alguna vez vuelvo al sur de tenerife no dudare en ir a este hotel.... la distancia ala playa que eran unos 15 minutos pero tambien lo agradecia porque si no no nos moviamos..... |

Camere molto ampie e confortevoli. La piscina è sempre molto pulita. Il ristorante molto fornito anche se le pietanze sono un po ripetitive... Animatori molto simpatci e poliglotti La pulizia è la minima ed indispensabile... Struttura molto bella ma tenuta poco bene... |

Tuvimos una habitación en la 11ª planta con vistas maravillosas, grande y limpia, con aire condicionado. Los animadores, los camareros y recepcionistas son todos muy amables. Quizá pueden poner minibar en las habitaciones. |
