The hotel room was very nice, and the bathroom is big enough to accommodate a couple of people. Excellent view of the ocean from the roof balcony. The beach is right in front of the hotel, while the bus stop is just a stone's throw distance away. |

We liked the service from the reception and the kitchen - very helpful and understanding. We arrived late and a dinner waited only for us in the diningroom. The beds were a bit too hard. |

We booked halfboard and were very satisfied with the breakfast and dinner buffet. My girlfriend thought that the bed was too hard (springs) |

We had a superb view of the beach from the 3rd floor. The room was modern and excellent size for two people with a big bathroom.Location to the beach was superb.Very good service at reception, restaurant and also the room service was first class. The hotel pool was a little small but as the hotel was not fully packed then this was not a problem. |

Breakfast and dinner are so delicious and have many choices! Hotel stuffs are very nice! The beach is just in front of the hotel! Arround the hotel there is many shops like souvenir shop, sea goods, food and so on. I was OK, but it was better to inform earlier like before guests arrive at the hotel about necesary of clothes at the dinner. |

Big rooms, nice people at the reception, close to the beach Wi-Fi didn't work almost all the time (connection cut every 5min, sometimes network not detectable...). Kitchen was better when we came a few years ago. The beach was rather dirty this year. |

Well maintained hotel located 25 meters away from "playa de Palma" beach. Variety of good and quality food (Italian cuisine), good value on halfboard basis. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious bathroom, terrace with sea view. I'd definitely go back again. Wi-Fi is free of charge but the signal strength is too low to be used in the rooms ...only at the reception desk area. |

Good place,near the sea.Food is super.Not far from Palma. The sea was cold,swimming-pool was near the bar and everybody could see how we swim.There is not room to change one s clothes after swimming. |

Prima ligging direct bij het strand. Op een goede afstand van Palma, Palma is vanaf het hotel zeer goed met de fiets bereikbaar.Voldoende keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet en avondeten. De bedden en kamer waren prima, dus zeer tevreden. |

Det var rent och fint och personalen var trevliga. Hotellet ligger väldig nära stranden och den mysiga strandpromenaden så läget var jättebra. Poolen var liten och den var inte bra för barn. Det fanns en mycket liten avdelning av poolen som var menad som barnpool. Den var 50 cm djup. Vi hade med oss tre pojkar som är 7 och 9 år gamla. För dem är 50 cm för grunt att bada på men nästa steg i poolen var för djupt för dem och eftersom poolen spelar stor roll för barnfamiljer så var det ett stort minus. Sen var allt, precis allt anpassat för tyskar på resmålet. Så även hotellet. Personalen pratade mycket tyska men de var inte jättebra på engelska. Några av dem kunde ingen engelska alls och ändå är det Engelska som är det internationella språket. Det var synd. Sen var det kallt i rummen när vi skulle sova. Vi fick iofs filtar utan problem så det ordnade sig |

Vriendelijk personeel. Goede verzorging. Uitstekend ontbijt en buffet. Kamers standaard, maar met balkon met zeeuitzicht. Zwembad goed verzorgd, maar klein. |

Großes Zimmer, mit viel Schrankfläche! Großes Bad, sehr sauber! Sehr schönes, komplettes Frühstücksbüffet, inkl. Sekt! Da kann kein Wunsch offen bleiben! Abwechslungsreiches gutes Abendessen in Büffetform mit lokalen Spezialitäten! |

El secador de pelo no era muy efectivo, apenas tenía potencia. La zona wifi del hotel sólo era accesible en el "hall" y en ninguna planta ni habitación en consecuencia. Otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas ofrecen mejores servicios que este. |

El trato del personal del comedor . La habitacion fatal la puerta del armario mal pintada y zonas donde se habia ido la pintura, las paredes con humedad, la moqueta rota la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien y oxidada y en el pasillo la moqueta olia mal . |
