Cosy spa facilitiers, great indoor pool. I didn't like that a 4-Star-Hotel turns off the heating between 10:00 and 15:00, regardless the wether condition outside (same for all Iberostar hotels in Playa de Palma). I didn't like that the reception stuff is trained to say, that changes of the booking can just be made on-line, when this is not possible and big arguments and threats are nesecary to adjust the price. |

Nice hotel at good location, with good food. Even though it's absolutely not a 4-star hotel. Simply 3-stars, with good facilities, but no extra special services. I saw that many hotel room doors were opened by burglars (damages in the door post very much visible). So it looks like hotel security is not the best. The reception also has no good view on who enters the building. Our balcony door also didn't lock. It would be wise for this hotel to start using the room key also as universal key to elevators and stairs to the rooms. For the rest it's a nice hotel, but don't expect a 4-star hotel. Facilities and service level is simply 3-stars! |

I liked the sauna, indoor pool, massage and the menu for breakfast was great, there was something for everyone. The experience was very enjoyable and I look forward to coming back. There were only two speaking channels available on the TV. |

Lovely hotel with big pool, and if the weather aint good, then there is a heatet indoor pool. We absolutly enjoyed the stay. Easy transportation with bus to Palma. |

Büffets -morgens und abends - sher gut und abwechslungsreich. Aufenthaltsräume, Bar etc. sehr ungemütlich und kalt (zugluft durch nicht verschließbare Türen) Erkältungsgefahr !! Möbel sollten erneuer twerden, verschlissen. |

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Kellner, Animateur), sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Leider etwas laut bereits am frühen Morgen (Türenknallen, Bettenschieben durch Reinigungskräfte,...), so dass das Ausschlafen nicht möglich war. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. |

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und auch die Halbpension ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert : Spanische Leckereien und gängiges Essen im WechselLage sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe zum Strand; gute Busverbindung in die Stadt, Haltestelle vor dem Hotel Lärmempfindliche Personen sollten darauf achten, kein Zimmer über der Hotelbar zu bekommen |
