we liked the location as it was next to beach and walking distance to the shops and the appartment had its own pool with pleanty of sun chairs for the people that would be at them |

The service was excellent! The view is excellent if you are getting a room with sea-view. Most of the buildings in this area are beneath street-level, and we saw direct into a wall with the street above since our room was at ground-floor. Not charming. |

Excellent services, very nice and communicative staff, clean and spacious apartment (complete cleaning done daily), very close to free parking spots in front of the hotel Play del Ingles and the Kasbah shopping center, under a 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, good value for the money. Probably the only thing I can consider as a dissatisfaction is the fridge which had a slight displeasing smell probably due to rotten food forgot in there. |

The location is idealy situated between beach and entertainment. Great view on the famous sanddune of Playa de Ingles. The kitchen part could use a little bit more equipment. Spottet 2 cucarachas twice!!!!! |

Het appartementencomplex ligt vrij centraal t.o.v. de boulevard en het centrum van Playa del Ingles en vlakbij kun je gratis parkeren. De beheerder is heel weinig aanwezig, de cleaning lady is er 's ochtends, verstaat geen engels maar doet haar best je te helpen. De ontvangst is niet goed geregeld - de receptie is bijna niet bemand - schoonmaken/wisselen handdoeken 2x p.w.! Bij aankomst bleek dat we de eerste nacht in apartementencomplex Los Nardos moesten door brengen ivm overboeking van het apartementencomplex Las Tejas. Los Nardos biedt niet dezelfde kwaliteit. De beheerder was heel vriendelijk en vertelde dat ze elkaar zo "uit de brand" helpen als dat nodig is (overboekingen dus!). Bij aankomst de andere dag in Las Tejas werd ons beloofd dat we na twee nachten konden verhuizen naar het bovenste apartement met uitzicht op zee. Bleek dat op het moment van verhuizen toch niet mogelijk omdat er al een ander echtpaar ingetrokken was!! Las Tejas - voor ons hoeft het niet meer. |

la proximité de la plage, les petites dimensions de l'immeuble : coquet , fleuri, bien situé, l'appartement bien conçu avec petite terrasse individuelle. Proche de la superette. la réception : comme indiqué sur notre voucher, nous devions retirer les clefs auprès de l'hôtel Losl Nardos. En fait, au Los Nardos, on nous a expliqué qu'il n'avait pas les clefs et ignoraient complètement où l'on pourrait se la procurer. De retour à Las tejas était affiché un numéro de téléphone à contacter, pour peu que l'on sache parler espagnol ou allemand ! Chance : la femme de ménage était sur place et nous a installé ! Ouf ! |

Situation géographique exceptionnelle, gentillesse du personnel, tarif trés bas pour le produit et donc un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel S'il fallait mettre un bémol, disons que l'arrivée n'est pas toujours simple, on ne sait pas trop à qui s'adresser. Prévoir quelques pièces de monnaie pour téléphoner aux numéros indiqués, il y a une cabine téléphonique qui jouxte l'hôtel. |

Prima zwembad, waar weinig mensen verbleven, zodat we alle ruimte hadden, niet groot, maar door de rust groot genoeg. Keuken is als je er wilt koken wel erg minimaal uitgerust. |

de schoonmaak was bijna elke dag en werd goed gedaan. er waren wel een hoop mieren maar hier werd wel goed tegen schoongemaakt. de aankomst was niet nog geregeld , er stond op dat we ons moesten melden maar dit klopte niet we hebben toen moeten bellen naar de eigenares om de sleutel te ontvangen dit staat niet goed vermeld op de site . |

la proximite de la plage, la vue, la proximite des animations, les appartements de bonne taille pour deux personnes, et la terrasse. Personnel trés agréable. Un bon établissement pour des jeunes. Du fait de sa situation hotel bruyant (route et passage pour le bord de mer) et la piscine un peu sale. |

Los apartamentos son pequeños, pero están muy bien para dos personas y están reformados hace 4 años. Se puede ver el mar y la playa del ingles desde los apartamentos. El agua de la piscina estaba realmente sucia, nadie la usaba. |
