仕事で２週間滞在したがスタッフがフレンドリーで快適に過ごせた。朝夕の食事は種類も豊富でおいしかった。- ビーチまで徒歩で５分、スーパーや専門店が入っているショッピングセンターも徒歩２分、高台にあり部屋から- の眺望も楽しめた。 水周りの施設がやや古く、温度調節が難しかったり、排水の具合がよくなかった |

The views from the room were stunnung and the buffets at breakfast and dinner were extensive and very good The rationing of air conditioning to 4pm to midnight. The room could be very hot if you wanted to be in it during afternoon |

The city of Puerto de la Cruz is very good and quiet. The hotel meet my expectations, food, view, staff, bar, room, balkony and so on... almost nothing... probably little far from the ocean |

All the staff was really friendly, flexible, helpful and, at the same time, respectful. They had a wide selection of wines and excellent food. The hotel, pool and gardens were really well kept. Plus, they have the best physiotherapist in town. Excellent views to Mount Teide and to the see. I'd like to thank all the staff for a great and unforgetable stay. Although the furniture is kept in good condition; it needs an update. |

Todo ha estado muy bien, pero sobretodo el personal que trabaja es muy antento i estan por el cliente. Tambien comentar que la comida es de muy buena calidad i muy variada. Todo perfecto, volveria a repetir. Lo unico negativo que podria decir es el escaso aparcamiento privado con el que cuenta el hotel, la hora de la cena es muy temprana, se nota que esta hecho para el cliente foraneo, pero te adaptas no hay inconveniente. Lo recomendaria. |

Hyvä, siisti huone upealla merimaisemalla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ohjelmaa hotellissa. Parkkipaikka autolle. Remontti meneillään, ääniä. Oli varattu merinäköala huone, meidät laitettiin ensin vuorinäköalahuoneeseen. Vaihto kävi sujuvasti asiasta huomautettuamme. |

Doskonały hotel praktycznie w centrum Puerto de La Cruz, stanowił najlepszą bazę wypadową na wycieczki po wyspie. Praktycznie doskonały widok na ocean (gdyby wyburzyć ze dwa wieżowce stojące niżej). Duże, czyste, ładnie urządzone pokoje, miła i pomocna obsługa i bardzo sympatyczne duże tarasy. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre i w ilości, której nie można przejeść. Zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania! Niestety, ale widok z tarasu przesłaniały stojące poniżej wieżowce, na szczęście nie do końca. |

Das Preis - Leist. Verhältnis war in unserem Fall absolut top. Der Service besonders nett und zuvorkommend, sowohl im Rest. als auch an der Reception.Können uns nur herzlichst bedanken fürden netten und angenehmen Aufenthalt! Hätten gerne etw. später zu Abend gegessen. |

Le damos un sobresaliente al personal del hotel son unos buenos profecionales.hemos vivido una estancia muy relajada y comoda gracias a la tranquilidad y sociego que se respira en este hotel. Solo un punto negativo, deberian de mejorar el acseso de subida desde la avenida principal. |

Net hotel, met supervriendelijk personeel met mooie kamers en mooi uitzicht op zee of de Teide berg. Hotel erg gericht op Duitsers. 90% van de gasten is 65+. Het eten was er in grote hoeveelheden,maar soms wat saai en afgestemd op hongerige bejaarden! Vochtig weer (veel wolken door de bergen, maar niet koud, maar weinig zon), dus niet aan te raden voor strandgenieters |
