Excellent outlook, great service though limited staff around at times. Great pool but cold while we were there as hotel in cloud almost whole of visit. |

Beautiful setting but not far from places to visit especially Puertu. good local walks and friendly local people.Lovely rooms and well equiped -good patio for outside sitting, Sometimes difficult to find the staff when needed. |

Peaceful location, generally good facilities, friendly staff, value for money, pleasing ambience The wooden ceiling in the ground floor room meant one could hear every footstep in the bedroom above which woke us several times during the two nights people were there. The BBC World Service tv programme rarely connected owing to a fault in the hotel's receiver which was not fixed despite repeated requests. |

Der Aufenthalt im 'Casablanca' hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Nein - Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war absolut OK. |

Nous avons apprécié le calme des nuits et la disponibilité du personnel. Le jardin est magnifique et la vue - par beau temps - est splendide. Il faut absolument savoir ce que entraîne la situation géographique de cet hotel. En fait, il fait relativement froid et de bons pullovers sont indispensables. Un séjour avec de petits enfants n'est donc pas à conseiller. La chambre est spacieuse, mais extrêmenent mal éclairée. Les horaires du petit déjeuner et du souper ne sont pas vraiment adaptés aux horaires d'un vacancier. |

Het schitterende uitzicht. Tijdens de 2e nacht constateerden wij mieren in het bed! Het ontbijtbuffet is redelijk, doch bij een volle bezetting is het al snel dringen aan het buffet. Koffie en thee zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit (a.g.v. - gefilterd - water?) |

El entorno es precioso, las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar El único inconveniente es llegar hasta allí, porque es muy fácil perderse en los Realejos, y como la carretera comarcal está en obras de noche no tiene muy buena visibilidad, pero es lo que tienen los sitios perdidos para poder seguir siendo "especiales"... |

Charmant hôtel situé dans un petit village dans les montagnes. Locaux propres et de style rustique. Je recommande Casa Blanca à des touristes en quête de calme (loin des hôtels des côtes bétonnées) |

Nous avons décidé de changer d'hôtel après 1 jour car l'hôtel était trop loin du centre ville. En plus, les chambres sentaient la moisie et il n'y avait personne à l'hôtel le soir, c'est à dire que la réception était fermée. L'hôtel se situe à un endroit très perdu et il n'y a pas de restaurants autour. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est uniquement ouvert sur demande des clients. |

El acceso al hotel es un poco dificil y esta muy alejado de todo. Pero si lo que buscas es precisamente un lugar tranquilo y apartado pues este hotel es una buena opción |

Hotel rural muy cuidado, bonita decoración, buen entorno y personal amable. Carretera para acceder al hotel en mal estado. Deberían ampliar el horario de desayuno puesto que el salon donde lo ofrecen es pequeño y se concentra mucha gente. |

sehr schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage auf Grund der geogr.Lage ist es ziemlich kalt und An-u.Abfahrt sind beschwerlich, ohne Mietwagen nicht erreichbar, Hotel wird von "Hausfrauen" geführt, alles andere als professionell |
