Clean hotel, nice brrakfast, reasonably helpful staff the most annoying thing is that they close hotel restaurants Fri/Sat/Sun and on holidays, so the only thing you can eat is some pizza to order (poor quality).I also expected to be closer to airport (not 15 mins by taxi). Also, their shuttle is not working during weekends and holidays. |

Excellent, comfortable large rooms very well appointed. Staff were very welcoming, decor and facilities were extremely good. Will stay at the hotel again when next in that area disappointed that the restaurant was not open on the evening of our stay. |

well placed, easy access from the moter way plus own parking disabled facilities in the room were non existant, having reserved a room with adapted bathroom ,we found none, but we were switched to a suite with more space to use our wheelchair, but luckly my husband could manage without bars by the toilet, but this could be a problem for others. |

The only positive thing about the hotel was the fact that it was close to the office. The hotel feels old and cheap. They claim to be a business hotel, but without wireless internet and no unpaid internetservice from the hotel lobby. The internet cables can be requested at the reception, the only problem is that there are never any available. There is no bar in the hotel. The restaurant has no atmospere. Breakfast is as the hotel, cheap and not tasty. |

la ubicacion al estar cerca de todo y a la vez lejos del ruido y de las aglomeraciones, y sobre todo la tranquilidad, otra cosa buena tener parking y ademas gratuito |

Me gusta mucho este hotel, es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado si quieres ir al aeropuerto.Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y creo que no será la última.Buena relación calidad-precio. |

La facilidad para localizarlo y la cercanía al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy confortables. Teniamos un vuelo temprano y tuvieron el detalle de tenernos preparado un desayuno rápido sin haberlo pedido. Sólo el aire acondicionado, q no funcionaba bien. |

No podría destacar algo en particular, ya que me gusto todo en conjunto. Quizás lo que más me gustó, es que a nosotros sí nos dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio y eso que se lo hemos pedido en el check-in que fue a las 01.30 de la madrugada. Quizás el bufet de desayuno podría tener más variedad y por lo menos también zumo natural. De todos modos es un bufet correcto para un 4*. |

Lo q más me ha gustado ha sido la atención recibida por el personal del hotel, el mobiliriario, distribución y tamaño de la habitación, la excelente ubicación cercana a la M50/M40, para lo que buscaba, hacer noche en Madrid haciendo escala para continuar el viaje. Recomendable en coche. El desayuno, aunque está incluido en el precio de la habitación no se corresponde con la categoría y servicios del hotel. Aunque seguro que volveremos. |
