ホテルの雰囲気はとても素敵で落ち着いていてよい。 スタッフの対応が最悪。部屋にナイフとフォークを頼んで１時間待たされた。その間３回ほど催促の電話をし、- 最終的にフロントまで行って頼んでようやく届けられた。エアコンの調子も悪く、フロントに再三電話したが、- 結局来てもらえず。 |

The pool was excellent and the staff extremely professional. I did enjoy the breakfast also, as it catered for all types of consumer. The design of the rooms was excellent although lacked practicality - such as hooks to hang towels or bathrobes. |

The service was horrible and we had no hot water. The manager refused to talk with us and as a result we had to shower elsewhere. Never has a manager refused to talk with guests. It was shocking. |

The room was perfect. Spacious, light, modern and spotlessly clean. Whilst the accomodation was 5 star, the service of the staff fell well below standard. The staff are not properly trained and the experience was negatively impacted as a result. The professionalism needs to improve considerably. The same music was played repeatedly throughout the hotel for the 12 days we were there; this became very annoying. The hotel across the road provided very loud outdoor entertainment until midnight every night ruining the tranquility of Aguas de ibiza. Breakfast time was very disorganised in the restaurant. The lunchtime menu was limited and remained unchanged throughout our stay. None of the wines on the menu were available, alternates were offered. |

Staff were very attentive and any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Facilities were very good with an excellent spa area. No complaints or queries whatsoever.Weather was also good with warm sunny days and slightly chilly nights. Good restaurants in the area but the exchange rate affected the prices. (UK/Euro) |

we enjoyed the comfort of our room and the arrangement of the first class seating around the pool area. our granddaughter wished that the water in the pool was warm as it was freezing cold. |

Prachtig hotel op een prachtige locatie. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijd van het jaar was oorzaak dat er weinig gasten waren waardoor een gratis upgrade aangeboden werd. |

eigentlich nichts, wellness muß mit pro person 35 Euro bezahlt werden, bei 2 Tagen Regen für 4 Personen ein teures Vergnügen quasi nur für die Sauna 35 Euro, lachhaft. Kein Schminkspiegel im Bad, keinerlei Ablagemöglihkeiten im Bad und das bei einem angeblichen Deluxe-Zimmer. Frühstück zu wenig Personal, wurde nichts abgeräumt, Personal an sich sehr freundlich. Nur eine Sorte Käse (Ziegenkäse) auf dem Buffet, wer den nicht mochte, hatte Pech Keinen frischen Tee, nur Beutel, Steckdosen auf dem Boden angebracht, Stolperfalle, mindestens 4 Touristen darüber gestolpert jeden Morgen, nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis eine größere Verletzung und Ansprüche gestellt werden. Bei Regen überall Eimer und Badetücher, da es durchregnete. und vieles noch mehr. |

El personal nos ayudo mucho reservandonos mesa en los restaurantes que queriamos en las mejores mesas. Teniamos la reserva con Booking, pero no les salia en el ordenador y no tenian habitaciones de la que habiamos contratado, solucion nos dieron una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel impresionante jj |

bel albergo di design! forse un pò freddo! comunque una struttura piacevole. stranamente per essere un cinque stelle la camera non veniva riassettata alla sera e non venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. a volte anche i bagnoschiuma non venivano sostituiti. il personale anche se gentile era piuttosto freddo un pò impersonale. la zona piscina per quanto gradevole e con bei lettini aveva poco spazio per cui era molto difficile trovare spazio specie se non andavi presto alla mattina. |

el personal no es amable,la habitaciones no están lista después de hacer el chek-in a las 9, 00 llegas a las 16, 30 y no la tienen preparada, en el spa, la señorita no te explica el circuito , todas las piscinas tienen la misma temperatura y hace frio al pasar de una a otra |

Все было просто отлично. Прекрасный бассейн, великолепный бар на крыше отеля с потрясным видом на город. Отель находится в тихой зоне, куда приятно вернуться после клубов, только ехать около 20 км. |
