Good location - staff very pleasant - good sea view

food disappointing - meat poor quality - all the fish tasted the same- poor selection of fresh fruit - sun beds too close together

We really enjoyed the terrace view on the beach and watched splendid sunsets. The location is great as it is really near the beach and near a lively street full with restaurants, bars and discos

We had halfboard and we did not like that we could not switch the dinner for lunch. We had to pay the room at check-in and later not consumption could be charged in the room

Very nice and clean hotel, good services and location, good quality and choice of food. Would recommend Hesperia hotels to anyone.

it was a nice bright hotel , near beach ,shops and bars . very clean .nice staff

only one lift along way walk to you room . walls paper thin think you neighbours were in the room with you

Location is good. Across the road from the beach. My room was quiet, overlooking pool area.I Thought the food was good and plenty of choice.Not far from bus stops stop for Palma etc.

The food was good, varied and plentiful. Sun loungers in plentiful supply and staff eager to please. More 4 star than 3 star

Only one english TV channel (Sky News) in room

The room was very big and clean,the staff very helpfull and the breakfast-dinner excellent.Value for money

very noisy ( music from the bar in front of the hotel and animateurs from the next hotel until midnight)

The cleaniness, the helpful staff & the sea front

the hotel was clean comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. the hotel is in the centre of the resort with easy access to the beach (across the road) and you can walk either way to many restaurants and pubs.

the only downside was the menu in the hotel which tended to be similar every night. the quality was ok but we were looking for more variety so ate outside a couple of times in the evening, still good value for money although the price of alcohol at the bar was high.

I liked the position in Santa Ponsa as it was near to the bars but quiet enough for them not to be a nuisance. It also has a very relaxing feel, you can join in the day or evening entertainment or not without problems. The staff were very polite and when we asked to change our room as we didn't like the road noise, this was done immediately and without fuss.

Good, clean hotel, right on the beach front. relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Fijn bij het strand, dichtbij het centrum,winkeltjes en bars,goed eten,er werd uitstekend schoongemaakt en elke dag schone handdoeken.

Het zou fijn zijn als het personeel niet alleen spaans spreekt,het entertainment was duidelijk alleen voor spaanse bejaarden.
