Excellent Breakfast. Extremely close (walking distance) to the historic centre and the University. Entrance sign needs to be much clearer or hotel printed directions to indicate that the entrance is only 50 metres from the traffic lights. |

A five star experience at an affordable price. The staff was very friendly and polite, the room was very well decorated and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and served until noon. We loved our stay! |

The renovation of the convent was beautifully done, rooms facing inwards have view of lovely cloister and the neighboring cathedral. It was an annoyance to pay daily for internet - every 24hrs you are required to buy a 12eur prepaid card to use it. of course you can lug your laptop to the many cafes around the corner offering today´s standard free wifi...it was a nuisance and reason for me to consider another alternative in Salamanca because of it. |

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Parking was very tight but we did manage to find a space inside the garage - more than half the guests could not do so. It was incredible to discover that this supposedly 5 star hotel which adviertised ifi internet demanded 6.25 € hour to be connected and that the hour ran continuously from the moment you began and could not be interrupted for later use. |

Beautiful building in great location There didn't seem to be an actual hotel bar, just hotel staff serving drinks in the lounge area. Metal chairs on patio very uncomfortable as no padded cushions were suppled. Room very nice but due to only one window (as we can fully understand due to its history) it was very dark |

It was putting an old building to good use on a par with paradors. The sense of history. Its position in relation to the city. The advertised garden was not available and we missed the opportunity of sitting outside and enjoying the lovely weather. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open in the evenings. No indication of Palm Sunday processions and events advertised within the hotel. |

The location is very good. The room was a good size and the breakfast (included in our rate) was plentiful. It happens that during our visit, the single computer for guest internet use didn't work. We had to find an internet cafe in town. They didn't offer any compensation for this inconvience, which was considerable to our schedule. The hotel phones, unbelieveably, didn't work during our stay. |

The location and room were excellent. First staff member to greet us was downright rude. After that it improved but left a bad feeling about the hotel. |

Su excelente ubicaciäon a 5 minutos de la Play Mazor, catedral, casa de las Conchas, etc. y el propio edificio del antiguo convento de Dominicos El Buffet desayuno es poco variado y con ausencia de platos calientes en el mismo, a pesar de que si los pides te los hacen, pero deberian estar en el propio buffet. |
