Secure underground carpark and a Buffet Breakfast costing only 6 euro. Also, the Winter Discount made the price very attractive. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. |

We booked this hotel as a stopover on the way to Seville and it would have been perfect for that. Unfortunately our motorcycle broke down and we ended staying an extra night. In dealing with these problems the reception staff were very helpful and understanding. The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast good, all in all it was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances, and we were even charged the booking.com rate for the second night! |

The room had cnn. The breakfast was an extra charge, but was very good. Poor lighting in the bathroom due to a broken light. There was wireless internet in the room, but it worked very poorly. Every few minutes we lost our connection and had to start over. |

The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The pool was good and there is a baby pool also. The staff was kind and corrrrect. Actually it is quite close to the city center (a 15 min walk). Like most hotels in Spain the walls are thin and you can hear talk from the hall-way, but we were not disturbed during the night. |

Friendly staff, comfortable room, free bottled water in the room, free garage parking, excellent breakfast for a reasonable price. No food available in the cafeteria before 8.00 pm. Black hairs on bathroom floor, mold at bathtub. |

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Travelling from Ireland to Portugal I make Salamanca a stop over. This hotel has what I want, nice staff, good breakfast, safe parking, wifi, nice rooms with a powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Ok it has not got great views nor is it smack bang in the middle of the city but it is very good value. It is 5 min drive from the middle of the city or 15 min walk. There is a nice pool but as yet I have not used it. |

Easy access to the city centre, friendly helpful staff, comfortable with good airconditioning throughout hotel. Price of coffee in cafeteria we thought was excessive so therefore we didn´t buy any drinks at the bar in case they were expensive too. |

Friendly staff, very clean and modern. Excellent beds; we stayed twice here, on our drive to, and then from Portugal. We were upgraded to a suite on our first night, which was capacious, but the normal room on the way back was the same standard without the Jacuzzi/Sauna shower and extra room. Very confusing directions on website for drivers arriving from Valladolid, but actually very easy to find. "Take fourth exit at the roundabout" actually means at the last of three, and involves turning back on yourself. You will have passed the entrance already! Breakfast very good and worth taking. Quite a long walk into centre, but pleasant and refreshing. |
