H10 Europa Park

Rooms and hotel in general was clean and well maintained. Great location to explore Salou, Spa was very cheap, 20 minute massage was only 10 euros. Good selection of food in the restaurant although sometimes a bit repetitive. We were half board which included breakfast and dinner, found it odd you had to pay for water with your food,if the food was free you think the water would be.

The staff dont know much about customer service, at arrival there was a large queue to check in, there was two staff members behind the counter,when a customer made a complaint, they spoke to each other in spanish and laughed then one staff member went out back and left the other staff member to deal with the queue. The remaining staff member was in no hurry to serve customers and sat at her computer doing something before finally serving customers.

I was only there for 2 nights but it was a very enjoyable stay.Very relaxing & friendly staff.

no everything was fine was looked after well.the only thing to mention was the receptionist didn't explain was were all the facilities was (e.g) restaurant,and pool area,but after a wonder round we found everthing which we was liable to use as we was only on a short stay.

The position ofthe hotel within Salou and closeness to the Port Aventura Theme Park + Train Station was ideal. The service was excellent and everything was very clean and good to the eye. Particularly liked being able to play pool and table tennis with my daughter whenever we wanted to. The food and resturant was great too.

the staff were friendly and efficient our room was cleaned every day food was excellent and hotel is in good central location to everything.

the hotel was very plush and reminded me of hotel babylon! massive buffet breakfast, and the waiters were very helpful and polite. 12 o clock checkout also not 10am as advised by booking.com

La ubicación, cerca de port aventura, de la plaza europa etc etc.

Calidad - precio bien. Las habitaciones están bastante cuidadas.

Ubicación perfecta: cerca de la playa y de los accesos a las autovias, no hace falta entrar con el coche al centro de salou, y andando estaba muy cerca. Zona tranquila de Salou, en la época que hemos hido se podía aparcar bien.

El personal tanto del restaurante como del bar era muy amable, en recepción no tanto. No hay nevera en la habitación y pienso que un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener. El bufet en la cena poca variedad.

Es la primera vez que me cobran el alojamiento de dos dias antes de entregarme la llave,se nota que estamos en cataluña

Ubicación

Muchísimo ruido, se oye perfectamente todo lo que hacen y dicen en las habitaciones contiguas. Nos dieron una habitación junto a una puerta de emergencia que utilizaban con bastante potencia y daban unos golpetazos tremendos. También estábamos junto al ascensor, y lo mismo. El hotel necesita en las habitaciones una renovación. Los sanitarios estaban mal, la limpieza no era muy buena. En general, bastante mal.

Destacar el servicio de restaurante y cafeteria que fue muy bueno. Las habitacion estaban bien equipadas.
