The front desk agent when we checked in was extremely helpful. And the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Our room was very small. The parking is a bit down the street but still costs 10 Euros. I think hotels should allow their guests to park for free. |

The hotel was lovely and ideally situated only 200 metres from the sea front.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Staff were very friendly and helpful, I would come back to this hotel for a stay. |

The hotel is a modern contemporary style. 2 streets off the beach area. Rooms are a little on the small side, with small balcony (just about sit two people). Air con is excellent. Wi-Fi in public areas and in the rooms (free to use with password). Roof pool was nice but small area for sitting round. If more than 8 people are there, there's nowhere to sit.Good hotel for sleeping in only. Breakfast is minimal, fruits, cereals, cold meats. Very little in the hot food area. Missed an outdoor pool area with outside bar/food areas etc. not a family hotel. |

Renewed hotel 3stars, with nice shower and good litery, 10 mins from playa. Neighbour view from window, jacuzzy costs 20 Eur and breakfast at 10 Eur/person.. Anyway I recommend this hotel! |

use of the pool/sauna the friendly staff and the clean overall look of this hotel. i would recommend this hotel to all not just for the above but for the rate and the way the staff look after your needs from checking in to checking out......thank you |

I found the staff excellent very friendl. I had one special request and it was delt with perfectly. Also when departing they offered to help to check me in on line for my flight -Very impressive... Anne and a gentleman on the front desk were very obliging. Did not use the restaurant but it looked impressvie. Roof top pool is a nice feature as is the spa. Could have done with one more english speaking channell and not news enough bad news about! Hotel seems very new but will be the best in Salou in years time. |

I liked this hotel as it was near to all the shops and within walking distance of the beach and promanade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and I got nice clean towels daily. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would stay there again if I visited Salou. |

The service from the staff - Reception staff were very helpfull and friendly . The cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful ( my mum couldn't get into her room at one point and the chamber maid helped out , My room was in the middle of being cleaned when i got back from breakfast and the lady was very nice, , she left me to myself and finished the room afterwards. There was no safe in my room. And no comfy chair in my Mum's room. The solarium/gym on the fifth floor was disappointing. we had also expected the spa to have treatments and not just be one big jacuzzi! |

iwe love, position of the hotel its quite street and also it 3 min walk to the beach and resturants. the beds were to hard. |

The location was good and the communal areas modern and clean. The room was basic but had an excellent shower and air con. The pillows were very hard and the walls a bit thin. |

Front of house staff & barman, Gerard, are excellent. Good location and excellent price. I have stayed there before and will do again. What more can one say!!! Bar closes at 23.30 hours and not open in afternoon. |
