Fab staff, most of which speak good english. Lovely and clean everywhere, restaurant was lovely, also has a great take-away service. Pool soooo cold!!! |

The size of the room for 3 of us was fine. Third bed was a proper bed.The buses all stop outside the hotel even the airport bus.Cheap cards for bus rides made it very easy to get about and very regular service. Good Italian restaraunt down the road all the others were English stile. No Spanish. The entertainment was very loud and rubbish you rely need a room on the third or fourth floor we moved from level 1 to 4 because of the noise sometimes until 1am. Noise from entertainment from another hotel on poolside of hotel but did finish at 12'ocklock midnight. |

The Cleanliness of the hotel and hotels location to attractions.It was in Cap Salou which is not as noisy as the centre of Salou. Easy access to the beach. Bus to Portaventura on the doorstep and bus to the city centre just around the corner. It has a smoking room with cigarette vending machines for either individual packets or full cartons. It has a small supermarket which is okay for essentials. The lifts were going all night and the noise of other guests can be heard through the walls. This was not too bad and we still managed to get a good nights sleep. They could have had warmer blankets for the beds though as April was a bit chilly. Duvets were on the bunk beds so kids were warm. |

Que ante los problemas que tuvimos respondieron que rapidez Las camas...para que comentar, la comodidad inexistente,me levante con un dolor de espalda de mil demonios. Ya empezamos mal cuando llegamos a la habitacion y vimos que la cama "doble" eran 2 individuales unidas y con la ropa de cama independiente...vaya, dos camas individuales! despues de la ducha...al coger la toalla, segunda sorpresa...la toalla estaba viejisima, vaya, transparente, por no decir que el telefono de la ducha no se aguantaba en el soporte. cuando fuimos a reclamar a la mañana siguiente, nos dijeron que esa habitacion era para minusvalidos, motivo de la separacion de las camas. automaticamente, muy amables, nos dieron una nueva habitacion, con vistas al mar y mas grande. hay que revisar el estado de las habitaciones!!!!! |

Facilité de se garer (bon c'etait hors saison aussi, sinon c'est peut etre plus galere), le personnel etait sympa, et les apparts sont plutot grand pour un couple Bien qu'il soit loin d'etre rempli l'hotel a mis tout les clients les uns a cote des autres. Sachant qu'on entend tout de meme bien les voisin, c'est un peu dommage |

El espacio del apartamento, que apenas se oian ruidos. El colchón estaba un poco viejo, las almohadas también. La sábana de abajo no era de las que se enganchan al colchón y se salía todo el rato. |

Henkilökunta ei hymyillyt vahingossakaan. Kysyessään jostain asiasta tuntui että häiritsee työntekijöitä, hotellin asiakkaat olivat riesa. kuvien mukaan hieno uima-allas alue loi suuren pettymyksen kylmällä merivedellä. Onneksi lapset saivat mennä naapuri hotellin altaalle uimaan. |

La tranquilidad de las habitaciones y la amplitud de las mismas. Los colchones y almohadas tienen que cambiarlas ya, estan hechos polvo y se descansa realmente mal. Deberian esmerarse mucho más en la limpieza de las habitaciones, especialmente en detalles pequeños. O falta personal de limpieza o esta se gestiona mal. Una lástima. |

Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas. Ideales para familias. Muy acogedoras. Quiza la habitación que me tocó no se había utilizado en bastante tiempo, porque había polvo y algun cristal por el suelo de algún cliente anterior que se le debió romper el vaso. |
