大聖堂や目抜き通りまですぐ近くで場所は大変良い。バル、レストラン、小さいスーパーも周辺に点在。フロン- トの方々はとにかく親切丁寧。バスタブ付きの部屋（ツイン）でくつろげた。価格にお得感はないが非常に満足- 。朝食はホテル内のカフェで３ユーロ程度。

無線LAN故障中で使えず「週明け修理が来るまでは使えない」と。信号最大レベルだっただけにがっかり。エ- アポートバスの停留所は10～15分程歩くが、フロントで教えてもらった場所から3-400m移動していた。たまたまその場に居あわせた親切な地元の方が張り紙を指して教えてくれて事なきを得- た（バスは1hに1本）。

We visited this hotel in Dec 2009 for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-3 mins walk from the main attractions in Seville; what I found best about the location was that unlike other hotels situated only close to the cathedral/alcazar & city centre, this hotel is equally close to the river and the nice cycling/walking promenade that the riverside offers, which many ppl ignore in this beautiful city. The hotel is very well maintained, our room was nice and clean, a tad bit on the smaller side, but it still felt like good 'value for money'. The hotel staff, particularly the reception were extremely helpful, very polite, and most of them spoke English. Overall it was a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Only thing was that a few phone calls I made from the room seemed expensive, but then it could have done us good checking with them about the phone rates before making the call, which we didnt do. And im not unhappy abt it as the overall experience was simply delightful!

Very good choice to visit Sevilla - central lokation, walkable distance to all places of interest, easy to find, friendly staff, good comfortable rooms. Enjoyed tha stay.

During my stay i needed Internet connection (Wi-Fi) which was not always available. Think this can be improved.

Unsurpassed value. This hotel gives you so much for your money. It is in an amazing location, it is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very, very nice. It was so quiet, too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel so much. I got an incredible bargain. The rooms were great. Clean and comfy. A bit dark as there is little natural light....but that did not matter. Beds were comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking option nearby, private to the hotel was a blessing and a good price for a city. They have a cafe on site, with outside parking. Easy to find with a satnav. Plus it is right in the lovely area of Seville. Very easy walking, great facade, good restaurants within five minutes walk. I can't recommend this place enough. It is more like a characterful four star.

The location is excellent for all main Seville attractions and it is excellent value for money.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Easy access to city centre / attractions all by foot.

The tiled interiors meant noise in hallways bounced a lot - I'm a light-sleeper but using ear-plugs solved this.

Good location in the heart of Seville with authentic Spanish restaurants round the corner - easy walking distance to Cathedral and Alcazar. Room was very quiet and reasonably well equipped.

Room was on ground floor with very limited view into tiny courtyard. and somewhat claustrophobic with occasional smells from the kitchen next door coming through the air conditioning.

Helpful staff, nice clean room, large bathroom, excellent shower, several balconies, double-glazing, pleasant cafe

A bit expensive at the weekend

we enjoyed our stay very much the staff were very helpful & friendly ,fantastic location to see Seville,also it was in an un- touristy part of Seville,but only a short walk to main areas.
