Silken Al-Andalus Palace

スタッフの対応は良いし、値段もそこそこ。しかし、ベッドやカーペットをはじめ館内は若干ながら清潔感がい- まひとつ。ドアが薄く、防音性がないため、廊下を歩くひとの会話でうるさかった。また、旧市街まで遠くタク- シーで10ユーロ弱かかるのも今ひとつ。値段なりのホテルというところか。

The hotel really had everything we wanted. The staff were particularly helpful,efficient, friendly and courteous. We would have enjoyed a longer stay even more.

Excellent facilities and room for the price. Cafeteria good value, but all restaurants etc. very quiet. The bus stop close by was handy as it is a 40 minute walk to the city centre.

For WiFi access a code was needed from reception every 24 hours. Car park expensive for out of the centre at €15 per day. The car park was almost empty as a result.

The location for a city visit was excellent. It was easy to findwhen entering Seville from the west, it was 10 minute bus ride fron the centre, plus a ten minute walk, ancost 1 euro 20c. The taxi fare was about 7 euro's. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

the buffet breakfast was amazing and the cleanliness excellent .rooms spacious and comfy. Pool area excellent with free towels. Friendliness of staff could have been better but overall very good

The restaurants for evening meals in the hotel was poor, One restaurant was closed and the other Italica was a very poor menu with very little choice and not good value for money

The hotel is huge with all the facilities of a major city hotel. The swimming pool was very impressive as was the choice of three restaurants. However the best bit is the taxi rank just outside the entrance which take you to the centre for 5 Euros.

The hotel was quite big but organized...the breakfast was very nice full of options. It was easy to park on the street, and it had a nice swimming pool although I didnt use it, it looked very nice.

The wi-fi didnt work quite well from my room, very unstable, but I could buy a better wi fi through the internet, and that worked.

I thought the outdoor pool facilities where excellent. It's good to find a good sized swimming pool, so close to Seville City centre. Seville City centre was only 10minute taxis ride away and quite inexpensive.

Rooms perhaps looked tired - Hotel a bit soulless when only partially occupied, but then again you don't have competion for facilities.Internet facilities should be free

Seville was wonderful and to visit the historic buildings during the day and relax by the pool in the evening made the holiday experience for both ourselves and our friends

The Staff were excelent in all the time.Location as well and bar. The breakfast was too expensive.
