ヌエバ広場近くにありカテドラルやアルカサルなどが徒歩圏内で観光に便利。またヌエバ広場からトラムに乗り- サンセバスチャンバスターミナルへいけるので他の町への移動にも便利でした。 シングルの部屋はかわいいけど狭かった。 |

立地がよい。カテドラルへは歩いてすぐ、バスターミナルからはトラムでヌエバ広場まで行けばそこからも近い- 。近所にはレストランも数多くある。スタッフは明るく親切で好感が持てる。依頼するとフラメンコショーの予- 約を代行してくれた。また、パソコンがラウンジの隅にあり、自由にインターネットができる。日本語も読み取- りに限って可能。 旧建築を利用しているので仕方ないが、私の宿泊した部屋は狭く、窓が小さかった。特に窓の幅は1mにも満た- ず、日中も薄暗い。そのおかげで内部が陽射しで暑くならないともいえるのだが。。。また、部屋によってはド- アを開けると部屋が中庭（兼ロビー）から丸見えになってしまう。ロビーなど含めたホテルの居心地はいいが、- 部屋内に限るとあまり長居したいものではなく、価格とのつりあいは、やや疑問が残る。 |

Great location, central and by the Cathedral. Hotel with Andalucian character rather than typical International style hotel Very difficult to find by car. Eventually stopped a taxi and followed him to the front door! At the time of our stay, there were refurbishment going on to the hotel and we were woken at 9.00am by drilling and hammering after a great night in Seville! Don't let that put anyone off though - I agreed with the hotel manager that under the circumstances, he would charge us nothing at all. We will return! I'm sure we won't mind paying properly any other time. |

Very close to all the key sites in Seville. Easy to walk to cathedral and Alcazar. Room was quiet and air conditioner worked well (with no noise). Room was a bit "rundown". Could use new carpeting and bedspreads. |

in the city center, near to everything: monuments, shopping, restaurants/bars and night life (eg. Plaza Salvador); helpful staff; hotel easy to find; nice and clean bathroom, I would stay there next time no WI-Fi in the rooms, only in the common areas of the hotel; exspensive breakfast |

Convenience for centre. Breakfasts good too. Reception Staff not very helpful or informative. Room with no view despite early booking and no response to change requests. Threadbare carpets and bed covers not too clean. |

Location My comments were documented when I left the hotel as my room- 022 - was like a dungeon with little daylight and was constantly aware of the toiletry habits of other visitors in adjacent rooms. In all of my years of worldwide travelling have never been as disappointed as to this aspect of my visit and if time had allowed would have sought out another hotel .I doubt if my comments have been forwarded to the management. |

Central Location reception staff friendly Breakfast facilities left much to be desired guests frequently had to wait for a table and the hot food was never replenished if you were not there early there was nothing left. |

Great location with private parking about (21.50 EUR). The only problem is the breakfast, 15.50 EUR per person! Enjoy the Hotel but have you breakfast in the bars near the Hotel. |

The reception was extremely kind and helpful, the patio is a nice place to have a rest. Newspapers are available in several languages. The single room was small, there was no place for at least a chair. |

Perfect location in between the old centre and the shopping area. Just 5 minute walk to the Giralda, around the corner some good cafes and tapa restaurants. Real recommendation. |

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel was old and run-down, but was undergoing renovation while we were there. The carpet was in desperate need of replacing and the TV was cracked. |

The car parking facility was excellent for a city location. The hotel was very central for Sevilla, so we enjoyed not having to use transportation during our stay. No, the hotel served all our needs. |

The location is fantastic. Everything is within arm's reach. Staff were helpful. We were on honeymoon and the hotel arranged champagne as a surprise for my wife. Excellent! The hotel facade isn't great... maybe its just my poor taste. Judge for yourself. We had a beautiful view of a dirty wall. However, we did look into a room as it was being cleaned and the views were amazing from its balcony. The taxi the hotel arranged for us to go to the airport ripped us off. The fee should have been 25 euros flat rate. He charged us 35 euros. |

The view of the Santa Semana processions (five of them went past our balcony) on Monday of Holy Week was quite extraordinary. It allowed my elderly parents to participate in the event without the crush of the crowd. The hotel itself is well located in the center of shopping and has a beautiful atrium crowned with a stained glass dome. Don't miss this one. |

A very pleasant hotel with excellent front of house staff. An excellent location within easy walk ( 5 minutes ) of the major sights and a wide selection of good bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean and of a good size but the carpets had generally seen better days. We did not use the restaurant eg for breakfast as we felt it was overpriced |
