旧市街からやや離れ不便ながら、居住空間としては新しく居心地良い。

チェックイン時にやや混乱が見られ、空室手配に時間がかかった。

近代的で機能的なアメリカンタイプのホテル。部屋は特にゴージャスというわけではなかったが、値段相応。ス- タッフは親切。

Location was good , easy to find and within easy reach of the tourist quarter , 10/15 minute walk or 5€ taxi

Even at a reduced I thought this was expensive for what you got . We have stayed in hotels equally as clean and as comfortable for a whole lot less

Everything about the hotel is great especially the front desk staff.

A good standard hotel room. It was clean and of a good size.

The receptionist who checked us in was probably very inexperienced. After looking at our passport and looking for our reservation for the longest time ever she still checked us in under an incorrect name -- a previous guest who had already checked out. Even after we pointed out the mistake she said it was OK that we use the incorrect name. I must add though when we checked out the correct names were on the bill.

I received information about any inquiry I had about events in the city, and their recommendation where great.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The main-entry door was locked after 12 pm.. this is unusual for a 4 star hotel..

The in-room internet access was really convenient, however it was slow.

This hotel is very beautiful and high cost performance.We would like to stay again.Very near from bus tarminal.

Not nearly enough sun loungers around the pool.

Very clean, with a nice modern look. Accessible prices. Windows and doors provide a good accustic isolation. Confortable twin beds. Very well located; 15 minute walk to the city center (cathedral). 10 minutes away from Isla Magica, by car. ~8 euros in a taxi.

The pool's very small and not very deep (only 1.20m) and the water was not very clean. Opens very late, at 11 AM.

Everything went smoothly, the room was clean, spacious. Nevertheless, the air conditioning was a little noisy and was pointed directly to the beds, making it a little bit uncomfortable and a cold magnet. The pool is very small and there was almost no space to sit by it, and there were about 12-20 people.

On the second day I parked my car outside the hotel and in a space of 12 hours someone smashed the rear window, fortunately I had nothing of value inside and they didn´t take anything. It´s better to just park your car in the hotel park even if you have to pay extra.
