エレベーターが急上昇したり、止まったり、壊れていて恐怖を感じた。その日のうちに2機あるうち1機は利用不可になったが身の安全を考えて、階段を利用した。到着時もホテル本部に送迎は可能か聞いたら、リクエストを出しておきますとの返事のみで結局来なかった。観光船の予約をしたが、船乗り場で待てど暮らせど船が来ない。おかしく思い聞いてみるとその日には船が無いとのこと。ホテルスタッフが曜日を間違えていていた。非常に無責任だ。４ツ星ホテルらしいが当てにならない。 |

The pool area was very nice the food was very bad, and my single bad room was like a little closet. Without any sea side, no balcon and even not a regular window to watch out |

Wasn't too busy, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Pool was nice and beach very close. The noise between rooms was awful. I could hear the adjacent room's TV, toilet habits etc. The cleaneing maid dragged the furniture around very early in the morning which was most annoying! |

The Hotel has a great pool area but very noisy with kitch music. The sea is a minute away, handy. The staff could not find my booking and refused to assist eveb though I had the printed confirmation. The room was extremely small for the price. |

Room was nice and clean. the staffes were enough kind. not easy to reach hotel from airport and any clubs, no suttle bus, only taxi is available. |

Truly a 4stars Hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner. Next to the beach and town. Staff should be nicer. The bath stuff (shampoo, soap, etc) must be added every day. |

The hotel is far from the center and taxis in the evenings and on week ends are impossible.The reception booked a restaurant for us and they said it is 10 minutes by taxi but they never told us that you must wait 45 minutes to get a taxi.One or two people at the reception were friendly the rest were rude .No sufficient umbrellas by the pool and no staff there to help.Rooms not clean. |

Nothing All the previous reviews on this hotel are true and it seems the the management does not care about improvement.Most of the reception staff were rude and no respect to clients .Nobody around the swimming pool area to help or service us.Few umbrellas around the pool.Room not very clean.Sometimes we had to wait 45 minutes to find taxis to go downtown. shuttles must be there to and from downtown |

Hotel is very old Decoration, room is very small and the TV no control, Breakfast time always different, room cleaning just 9-4, go swimming pool take towel they said not yet finish to clean, one of elevator out of serivce 3 days still repair, we want walk back to room, my room is 5/F |

the situation on the hotel right on beach, the gym and most of the lobby not the night staff though yes the service of the complain, like on my 10 day stay the tv never was good always a snow in it and I complain about the all time but never got fixed |

The Hotel had the feel of a Butlins holiday park! We were woken up each morning by the same Europop tune as 'Animators' performed some ridiculous poolside dance. No-one joined in, most just cringed. The hotel website nor booking.com provided any warnings. When we complained we were laughed at by staff who simply thought it was funny. I was also not appreciative of the Abba Tribute band- v poor! |

1) Can hear the people in the next bathroom as though they are in yours.2) Staff were either excellent and very accomodating or not at all. |

La ubicacion, las vistas y el trato amable y dispuesto de los empleados del hotel El servicio de internet no está inlcuido, no gestionan alquiler de coches (pero existen 3 agencias muy cerca a las cuales nos dirigieron) |

cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, vicinanza con i centri di interesse griglia del bagno comunicante col bagno dell'altra camera, di conseguenza si sente tutto. |

La piscina, la situacion frente al mar y la simpatia e informacion turistica que daba el personal de recepción. La antipatia del personal del restaurante y que quitaran la comida del bufet incluso antes de que se hiciera la hora maxima de entrada, aunque hubiera clientes que acababan de entrar y aun estuvieran comiendo. |
