the design,ambiance friendly staff good food at breakfast and dinner this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.we asked for the same room as before but it was occupied in spite of telephoning 1 month before.we were given the next door room and told it was as good.Unfortunately it was next the lift shaft which we could hear all night thro. and was not as good. |

The location was good, and the staff were very helpful For a 4 stars hotel it was a bit run-down. The toilet and shower need an update. I think the best thing about the hotel is the location, but it is really expensive |

The location is very nice which was one of the reasons I choose this hotel The Air Conditioning did not work. Being 3 people in one room with outside temperatures well above 30 degrees it was impossible to get some rest. We were not informed upon arrival of this issue and we did not receive any compensation upon departure. This is not acceptable and I will certainly not return or recommend this hotel to anybody. |

closness to the beach As we were on the 1st floor with only a side street view in looked on to private apartemnts so you couldnt leave your curtains open and it was very noisy you needed the ventilation on to disguise the noise, much prefer a pool view |

I will ABSOLUTELY stay at this hotel again! If you are coming to Sitges, this is the hotel to stay at. It's on a small beach, away from the crowds, with great rooms (all have a balcony). The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has a fantastic view. The towels they give you for the beach are even fantastically plush and large. If you come to Sitges, stay nowhere else! |

Prime location opposite the beach and close enough to the bars and restaurants in Sitges. Barcelona within easy and regular train journey. No proper spearate shower cubicle in bathroom. Only shower in bath.without safety mat. |
