convenience of access to city,beach & tourist sites.Bus service excellent metro good but some distance away. Eveything was fine nothing bad to pass comment on. |

The room was excellent, as was the food. The location was also good, not too far from the city centre or the beach and only 1 bus number to remember to get to either (19). The pool and gym only opened at 10am, which meant I couldn't work out before breakfast. |

The hotel was lovely and really good value, I would definetly recommend it. The pool was nice but the shallow end is too deep to stand in! |

Location was very good, with easy access to old and new parts of the city. Bus stops out side the hotel costing 1.25 euros each way, also the tourist bus stops just out side of the hotel and can be used throughout the time of your pass. Reception staff very good and helpfel allowed us to print off our return flight tickets and assisted with map and instructions of main sights. Breakfast no proper english breakfast - - but plenty you could fill up on. Breakfast staff not very helpful and always stood about so you felt wached all the time. English tea - very very poor quality - prephaps need to source another brand |

Good price, good hotel. Location is pretty ok (near Science center), depending on what one likes. Price for use of Internet is high. |

Friendly helpfull staff excellent breakfast easy access to both the old city and the new attractions large bedroom. Secure garage parking. Poor state of gym equipment. |

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and an elegant feel to the hotel. We had reserved a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. I guess we could have asked for a different room, but we checked into the room pretty late and were too tired to ask. |
