Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Beautifully located overlooking the city of Toledo which is fabulous. Restaurant and bar facilities very good. a good place as a base to explore Toledo and the surrounding area

The pool was very welcome after a day's travelling; we loved the great location overlooking Toledo and the excellent terrace restaurant/good food.

The rooms, whilst clean, were quite basic.

The staff were excellent, the hotel was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was great and the dining terrace had a magnificent view of old Toledo.

We booked a room with a view of the city, but it didn't.

The location is fantastic and going to Toledo was easy on the city bus. The hotel is really nice overall and the restaurant has good food and is affordable. Rooms were big and elegant.

Beds were a bit hard and the pillows where way to hard and tall. I used my sweatshirt for a pillow and slept well that way. Seems like the pool is only open during the summer which was disappointing for us.

Da visão da cidade de Toledo, embora o hotel não tenha confirmado a reserva em apartamento com vista direta. Alegaram que tinha muita gente, mas a nossa reserva era de muito antes.

É um hotel velho com fachada muito bonita e lugar maravilhoso. Se melhorassem os serviços e principalmente a qualidade dos quartos poderia ser um hotel maravilhoso. O barulho dos outros quartos se houve por toda a parte. Houve uma saída de um grupo de italianos às 14:00 hs que foi um horror.

Lugar tranquilo y silencioso. Cafeteria para cena ligera. Desayuno buffet completo y económico. Servicio impecable. Se alargó la espera para la cena y me invitaron a aperitivo y se disculparon sin "hacer la pelota", muy profesionalmente

It's clean and quiet. The stuff are very firendly and helpful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices.

It costed us sometime to find the hotel. The hotel is situated on a little hill outside the toledo town, so it is not very easy to find. It will be even harder to get to if you do not have a car. However, it is just its situation bestows it beautiful view and quiet enviroment. Another imperfect thing is that the equipment and furnitures in the room are not very new, especially the show set. Anyway they are usable. Thus, in whole, this hotel is good and worth the money you pay.

El trato muy personalizado y excelente. Nada más llegar a la recepción nos ofreceron una cata de vino que tenían para vender y tras ello compramos un estuche de botellas de vino para los familiares. La habitación estupenda, había con vistas a toledo y a los cigarrales, pero las dos son bonitas. Luego por la noche bajamos a cenar al restaurante y nos presentaron la carta nueva que tenían. Por mí hubiera cogido de todo un poco porque tenía todo una pinta... Lo que pedimos estaba delicioso y con calidad. Os recomiendo que vayais y comais o ceneis por lo menos una vez. No os arrepentireis
