Its location Beds like bricks. Reception staff disinterested before and during the stay - didnt reply to additional email enquiries, were unhelpful with queries etc |

Great location, two large smimming pools with plenty of (new) sunbeds, very personable staff, cleanliness of the rooms, public areas and the pool. We stopped at the hotel in September 2008 and again in June 2009. The quality of the food served at dinner has deteriorated significantly as has the service (breakfast is still very good). Queues to enter the dining room were common due to the fact that tables were not cleared quickly enough which seemed to stem from fewer staff in the dining room. |

proximity to seafront - Frankies staff - Entertainment and bar staff - cleaning staff - 'full-English' breakfasts, variety of food choice and excellent staff service. 6.30 am rush to commandeer sun-beds; we simply did not use this facility. How about banning the 'booking by towels', and allocate A RESERVED SUN BED FACILITY PER CUSTOMER. Beds are still SO HARD (some hotels are advertising soft topping) Finally - your reception staff are most efficient and helpful but seldom smile or greet. nothing a short course on customer care skills could not put right. |

Very pleasant location right on the beach relaxed atmosphere This hotel is in a time warp and is seriously in need of an update, it is still pleasant to stay at and I would definately return but the decor and fittings especially in the bedrooms are in severe need of an update to bring it into the modern age, the pool area is also in need of a makeover it is starting to look tatty |

Good breakfast. Easy access to the beach and good walks along the seaboard. Very quiet rooms. Expensive internet access. 20 euro for 24 consecutive hours with poor reception. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het eten was goed met een ruime keuze. De ligging is fantastisch. Onder 'Hotelfaciliteiten' staat "geen parkeergelegenheid" terwijl er volop parkeergelegenheid is vóór of naast het hotel. Deze is ook nog gratis en 's nachts bewaakt. De verlichting in de kamer kan wat gezelliger zijn. |

El acceso directo a la playa. Además, me dieron facilidades para dejar el hotel a media tarde (con suplemento). Antes de las 9h del sábado estaban pasando el aspirador. El comedor cierra a las 21,30h. |

La situación, el garaje, el personal, la tranquilidad y la limpieza. Las camas eran bastante incómodas y no tenían ninguna habitación con cama de matrimonio. El personal de limpieza entraba en las habitaciones sin llamar y a todas horas. La puerta de la habitación no se podía cerrar sin hacer un ruido estruendoso. |

Que está al lado de la playa. Las instalaciones exteriores están fenomenal, sobre todo la zona de piscina La decoración del hotel es del año 60. Habitación pequeña para el precio que tiene, y todo muy antiguo. Necesita una renovación de mobiliario |

piscine propre, relax en nombre suffisant, proximité de la plage malgré son prix assez élevé, l'hotel se permet de facturer tout en extra : refrégirateur presque toujours en panne (2 euro/jour), coffre fort (2 euro/j), l'eau pendant le diner, etc. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer (les draps ne sont pas changés chaque jour, le shampooing etle savon ne sont pas servis dans la SDB, etc. |

Por circunstancias favorables, se nos suministró una suite, parece que el Hotel estaba completo y no había habitaciones sencillas. Por lo tanto no puedo ser demasiado objetivo en este sentido.La media pensión nos pareció muy bien, con servicios de desayuno y cena muy correctos. La habitación estaba en la 7ª planta, y en algunos momentos se percibía un fuerte olor a Gasoleo, no se si los servicios de calefacción o similares eran los responsables. |
