夜遅くのチェックインでしたがすぐに手続きが完了し、お湯の出も問題なく快適に過ごせました。内装のデザイン性の高さには確かに驚いたものの別段使いづらさは感じませんでした。

夜は点いていた照明の一部が何故か翌朝点かなかったのと、部屋のゴミ箱がトイレのサニタリーボックスのみだった点。

Staff was attentive, courteous and multilingual. Room was clean and artistically designed. Centrally located, yet very quiet. Excellent value for a 4-star hotel.

We only stayed there one night. Enjoyed the hotel very much. Spent two days out visiting Madrid landmarks and shopping. I really appreciated the hotel keeping our luggage in a room before checking-in and also after checking out. That was very nice. Front desk staff was really, really nice.

Is not a problem, but my room view was to the courtyard. I would have preferred maybe a street view. As I said, it's not really a problem. I liked the hotel very much.

Friendly staff, clean room

Dark corner in the bathroom where the toilet is located. No power outlets in the room at all. I needed to charge my laptop and mobile phone in the bathroom.

Location of the hotel near Retiro Park, Museums and Bars/Restaurants. Rooms and the hotel itself are very quiet. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful bathroom

Central location

room was very clean, and had everything required by us. was nice to see that we were left alone on checking out day even though we were a few minutes late leaving the room. left a good impression of the hotel and staff. breakfast buffet was very enjoyable too.

key card for the room did not work on more occasions than it did. it was irritating having to go to room to find that the key didnt work and then having to go to reception were a member of staff had to come up to let us in with a master card. we stayed on the 3rd floor so this was a bit of a pain.

Good location, Design

Rooms are rather small. Not very well isolated. The noise from the street was more than audible, regardless of the closed window. We had ordered a chillout package but never received it. When I asked for it at the check out, I was informed that it was no longer availabe but I had to pay for it. In exchange the consumated water from the minibar was offered.

The location is great, the staff very helpful and professional, the rooms lovely and chic.

Very central and convenient

I have been at the hotel a lot of times over the last years and it feels a bit tired now. It needs an update and it is dusty.

we stayed at the hotel during new year and had to pay the first 4 days on the 31th of december and the last 2 nights at check out; funny way to treat your clients. finally the bill of the last 2 days was wrong.... a lot of trouble for what reason?

The whole front desk team were incredibly helpful - the little touches of free coffee and soft drinks in the lounge in the afternoon made it more of a club feel - very good service across the board indeed.The rooms were modern - boutique hotel style and well furnished - nice flat screen TV etc. Public areas are excellent!

We happened to leave an item of jewellery in the room (and some shoes in another), the hotel were fantasic in finding and looking after the property, but were unable to simply package up and send via a courier and charge it to my card that I used at the hotel...we had to wait until we got back to London to use a TNT service from London. All a bit inconvenient but it is company policy.....
