Nice clean room, most staff helpful and pleasant. One of the only hotels I found in the city with decent parking. Location seemed to be a bit out of the way and next to a supermarket. The wifi was a great price but terrible performance i.e. Euro 5 for 24 hours activity but speed dropped to almost zero in approx. 10 minutes until you disconnected and reconnected to get another 5 minutes of fast downloads. |

The parking and wi-fi are free of extra charges. THe breakfast was good. The hotel is too far from the city centre, count 5 / 6 euros for the taxi; the city was not interesting because there are lots of works, lots of noise and lots of dust. |

The price , The free park, near beach ( 1,5 KM +/-). I have staied in several hotels in Vigo, and for th price they charge me in August and for the location I'm definitely a client for future. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and sympathetic and when we left things in our room they sent them to us in Madrid the next day. |

hotel at the other side of town from all the shopping and the main sights and restaurants so not well located to go out and walk around you would need to use taxis and one way system around hotel makes it very hard to get to |

I stayed at this hotel as part of my tour of Northern Spain. This hotel was by far the best hotel on my trip beating three other 4* hotels hands-down. Very friendly staff and a clean & comfortable room. Also free private parking out front. I can recommend! |

Hecho en falta algún letrero al entrar para no acabar en el parking del Alcampo. La habitación está bien, mejor de lo esperado a la vista del holl que estaban pintnado. Engañoso lo de la 4ª planta...en realidad es la 8. Si. Pedí pregunté por teléfono si disponían de gimnasio o tenían algún acuerdo con alguno cercano. La respuesta fue que no, pero que había uno bastante cerca, solicité el teléfono, pero no lo tenían, solicité el nombre del gimnasio, pero no lo sabían. Pedía que lo averiguaran (a través de alguna guia de Vigo) pero tampoco sabian buscarlo....quizás un poquito de voluntad y de conocer estos detalles ayuden bastante....era cuestión de meterse en internet... |

Las habitaciones estan muy bonitas y limpias Hay muchisimo ruido en el hotel, no se puede dormir traquilo. Un hotel es sinonimo de descanzo y tranquilidad. |

La facilidad de aparcamiento. Climatización o sistema de calefacción. Error en la facturación de una botella del minibar, que fué solucionado (no consumimos nada del mismo si bien las señoras de la limpieza nos lo acoplaron, detalle sin importancia que nos extraño) un 10 para el empleado de recepción "jose". Un saludo para este profesional. Si vale para algo mi opinión me gustaría que la Dirección de este Hotel supiera que tienen un grandisimo profesional. ( un aumentito de sueldo no le vendría nada mal...) |

He estado 2 veces en el hotel, y el hotel es confortable. En la primera quiero destacar que me dieron una habitación amplia y con buenas vistas a las Islas Cíes, y en la segunda la habitación era ligeramente inferior a la primera, aunque también era una buena habitación. Gostei dos sanitários em muito bom estado e da limpeza geral do quarto. O estacionamento grátis e o facto de colocarem uma cama extra no quarto contribuiram para a escolha do hotel. Zona sossegada e perto de pontos de interesse, para quem está com carro. Pena o pequeno-almoço não estar incluído no preço. |
