５ﾂ星だけあり、レセプション、ドア、ベルなどしっかりと教育されていた。大晦日ということで外食もできず、ﾙｰﾑｻｰﾋﾞｽで牛ｽﾃｰｷを注文、とても柔らかく、ｼﾞｭｰｼｰでした。確か25ﾕｰﾛ位だったかと思いますが、満足しました。 大晦日ＮＨＫの紅白が見たかった為に事前にﾎﾃﾙへ衛星放送有無を電話で確認し予約したが、ＪＳＴＶ２しか映らず、紅白を見ることができなかった。ﾎﾃﾙに他の部屋のＪＳＴＶをﾁｪｯｸ及びﾁｬﾝﾈﾙ再設定を依頼したが、何が不満か理解してもらえず、残念でした。（ＪＳＴＶ１・２の違いを説明したが、ｽﾍﾟｲﾝ人には全く理解できるはずがない） |

the proximity to old Madrid centre Doors noise, closing all the time at night. They should have changed their locks. For a 5 Star Hotel, the rooms could be a lot better. |

Central location. Fantastic staff. Spacious room The elevators. Small, always full and doors closing immediately after people leaving the lift. |

La ubicacion, la atencion profesional de todo el personal y los desayunos.- Buena climatizacion.- Consideracion en los precios para pasajeros como nosotros que vamos anualmente desde hace 10 años y en momentos en que el cambio es totalmente gravoso (400° en contra) Muy para gente mayor.- Sabanas y toallas de hilo pero no tiene facil acceso a Internet, ni gimnasio o piscina climatizada.- |

todo es estupendo. El trato que dan, lo detallistas que son, el confort como el lujo de sus instalaciones. Me encanto. Durante la noche tuve la sensacion de estar en un discoteca por el vólumen alto de música disco que escuche, no sé si sería del exterior, pero me temo que era de otra habitación. De todas formas el hotel y el personal es fantástico. |

Hotel di classe e charme, buona posizione, particolarmente caratteristico per essere l'hotel di soggiorno dei toreri. La camera, visto che trattasi di 5 stelle, andava un pò rinfrescata come manutenzione. |

L'emplacement est parfait près du retiro et près des magasins. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, le calme....et la piscine quand elle n'est pas en travaux ou fermée. Un havre de paix en plein centre. Les pommes de douches sont fixes ce n'est pas pratique difficile d'éviter de se mouiller les cheveux ou d'en prendre plein le visage et le bonnet de bain/douche ce n'est pas très sexy... Une douche serait bienvenue, plus pratique. Les baignoires datent un peu... |

Высокий уровень публики в отеле , обслуживание за завтраком отличное , чемоданы и сумки доносят от такси , отель расположен рядом с бутиковыми улицами . Район шикарный , тихий , очень чистый рядом парк . До музея Прадо 15-20 мин. пешком . |
