The overall stay was enjoyable. Modern bathrooms, friendly reception. Swimming pool, bar restaurant. Overall, good value. Rooms are quite small and parking was nonexistent at the hotel. There seems to be a gated car park, but it needs a code. Managed to find parking at the residence area, which worked out fine. The air conditioner was locked at 19° and seems it's on a timer and reverts back to 26°. I opened the window but it was in the street and noisy so had to close it.

the room was confortable , good shower and good hot water , the restaurant is always good and the service was perfect , the breakfast is heaven , different kind of breath , good cafe, good original tea , and i also do like the scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages

Also if you want to stay cheaply in the Beaune area. Just don't expect any frills; strictly a budget motel. Small room like a ship's cabin, pre-fab furniture and walls as thin as paper. Expensive breakfast of bread, jam and cornflakes. You'll hear the snoring of the guy in the next room. You get what you pay for. Just a few minutes walk, and you are there:) The rooms are small and simple - but clean. The breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations by far!!! Helpful staff and convenient parking below hotel. Dog friendly:)

In tourist areas like Beaune it's just what one needs. Close by Budget eatery offering buffet salad, Cuisse de Canard & chips.
