The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shootout to Andre from the reception staff, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the first moment to the last. It is 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station. We also enjoyed the pancake machine at breakfast.

Double and 2 single beds all comfortable, 2 tvs for both rooms, microwave, easy access, hosts were great, easy to get in contact with and friendly over the phone. If you are on a budget this place is well worth booking. The location is absolutely excellent too. Right bang in the area you want to be staying in.

But was pleasantly surprised to find that Ibis Styles was a higher grade hotel chain. Was one of the best places we stayed out of our trip. Great quality room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The highlight was the complimentary buffet breakfast. The food was delicious and a great way to start our day in Lisbon!

The bedroom was all we needed, clean a comfortable bed and nice clean towels. A wardrobe with plenty of hangers and bedside drawers. Two electric sockets and a wall mirror. We didn't use the kitchen at all. With the money we saved by staying at a cheap hostel we ate out for 5 days.
