Hotel ibis Les Herbiers is situated in Les Herbiers in the Pays de la Loire region, just 20 minutes’ drive from Puy du Fou Theme Park. The staff was very nice, and managed to accommodate our big group in a very satisfactory way. We love the location close to Le Puy du Fou where we were going the next day. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The ibis Nantes Centre Tour Bretagne is located a 10-minute walk from Nantes Cathedral and 3 km from Nantes Train Station. It offers a 24-hour reception, an onsite bar and free Wi-Fi access. Really quiet stay though the hotel was full of Hellfest visitors. The breakfast was abundant. I returned after one night and stayed two more nights. Nantes has free public transportation on Saturday and Sunday. I made my GR3 etapes around Nantes using this hotel as base camp. I found an Italian pizzeria Grazziella in Nantes, no excess fromage on pizza like usually is in France
