“The location, the food, the staff, the room, the hotel - all were excellent and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a lovely experience. I will return there when am back in Quebec.”
“Very clean. Easy to travel to Old Quebec city, or to Montmorency falls. Movie theatre and shops close by and restaurants also very close. Staff very helpful with everything, including directions. Free coffee at the desk, and always a pitcher of water with orange pieces in it - very refreshing.”
“Very friendly staff. Very clean room.”
“There could not have been a better choice for hotel than Hotel Le Vincent for our weekend- The staff was wonderful and the room was amazing. The exposed brick walls and decor made it feel chic but very comfortable. The location was perfect! It allowed us to see more than just the walled city. In addition, you could not beat the breakfast- delicious, fresh, beautiful, and somehow very affordable.”
“Comfortable rooms. The French toast at Panache. The massage.”
“Staff very welcoming and always willing to help”
“Attentive staff. Care and consideration for traveller at all times. Friendly. Gave advice on where to eat and what to see. Superb breakfast. Coffee and biscuits available every evening when you returned to the auberge. A home from home in a foreign land!”
“Fair trade product everywhere ! Staff Food was delicious”
“Breakfast was great, showed us where to safely store our bikes (we are bike touring). Hotel is oldschool but cozy!! No microwave but we made do! Clean bathrooms. Sad to see we were only one pf 2 guests. Wish more people would stay here. No ac but there is a very effective ceiling fan.”
“Staff very helpful. Carried our bags upstairs immediately. Breakfast in restaurant downstairs was delicious and presentation excellent. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Young man at desk so very helpful. Could not ask for more. The Frontenac was right in front of our windows. Location could not have been better-- so much to see within steps from this hotel.”
“Very well located at the heart of Old Québec. Very decent room, on 4th floor with a view over rooftops. Nice staff. Good breakfast included. First week-end together, my boyfriend and I, it was pure bliss and we enjoyed our romance there. And it happened to be Gay Pride week-end in Québec. But we preferred to spend it in that lovely room... Please give it a 10.”
