We were blown away with the location, the room was large and filled with light! The owner was wonderful and extremely friendly. We ate dinner at the Apsara Restaurant and the food was marvellous. We will stay here again for any future visits to Quebec City.

Heating was comfy, just like the bath tub, and with outside temperatures of -10 C that was pleasant. Staff at the reception were super-kind and helpful throughout my stay.

We were able to park on arrival- and then walked everywhere for the next 3 days. Older but well kept property. There is no elevator- so request a lower level room if stairs are difficult for you. All the staff were friendly & helpful - even got us dinner reservations in hard to get into restaurants! Highly recommend.

The new restaurant, successor to Chez Jules and Pain Béni, smelled wonderful. The staff were pleasant, but apparently were working not just at the Auberge, but at several other inns (we wonder if a chain has been buying up some of the independents?). That limits the personal feel.
