We were on our anniversary trip and we got flowers, sweets and fruits when we arrived. Also when we came back from sightseeing we had a bottle a complimentary wine waiting for us. We had a great spa experience. Also decided to have in room dinning and when we asked for another bottle of wine, we go that also complimentary. What a exceptional service level. The breakfast was a good variety of different Chinese foods - a rice porridge, steamed buns, fruit, pickled veg, eggs, sweet potato, tea/coffee etc. in a nice balcony location. The decor of the guest house was very good. The West Lake was very accessible by bus, using Alipay.MMichaelYoung couple

Delicious and copious traditional Chinese breakfast. The whole area is lush and beautiful, a nice contrast from the more urban environment of Hangzhou. The staff was excellent in making sure we had what we needed. When we arrived it was raining and the DiDi couldn’t find the exact address. A staff member walked to the car with 4 umbrellas and led us to the hotel. Our room was comfortable and compact. They even had a washer dryer we could use. It was a short walk to a path by the lake and the foliage was beautiful. You’ll really enjoy this small inn.
