We often visit Braintree which requires an overnight stop in a Premier Inn (convenient to our friend who lives nearby.) In our future visits we think it will be worthwhile traveling extra distance to Ivy Hills Hotel for its extra excellent comfort and lovely breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We stayed in room 63 which was perfect for three of us on a girls trip after wedding dress shopping near by. We didn’t eat in the restaurant for dinner but did have breakfast here which was spot on. The morning waitresses were just lovely and the food was very well cooked and it was a small but perfectly formed selection.
