That evening we had a lovely meal and a chat with the manager of the Inn. The Inn has a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the evening and we were able to sit and play cards til the end of the evening. The bed was comfy and clean.

There's a co-op store next door and a few pubs nearby. A very clean room, comfy bed and large en suite. Tea and coffee making supplies, TV and table and chairs. I was actually upgraded without knowing it! The bar downstairs was full of my fellow Derby fans, and it was nice and traditional. Also, as a resident, you can get a late drink at the Keppel's Head Hotel a few doors down.

I still expect to find rooms for £30 a night. This is completely unrealistic of course. It was a good price though, compared with Premier Inn, Ibis, etc, which were very expensive.
