We loved everything about this treasure of an Inn. It was welcoming and homely. The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, rooms spacious and thoughtfully set up. The hosts are friendly and gave us excellent advice for exploring the area. The food is outstanding!

This charming 400 year old coaching inn is situated just 5 miles from the famous golfing town of St. Andrews. We pride ourselves on the warmth of our welcome and the great food and ales we serve. Enjoy all this in cosy surroundings with open log fires and lots of things to do both within the inn and surrounding area.

Booked a standard double room which was lovely, furnished well and cosy. Dog friendly our Cocker Spaniel was made so welcome. Food was outstanding, breakfast was included and we ate dinner at the Inn too. Cooked and presented to a very high standard, and value.

Room was lovely (although we had a little trouble getting the BBC to work on the tv), staff amazing, breakfast fantastic. Despite having no common space for working while on business, staff were extremely accommodating. One of my new favourite spots to stay in St Andrews.

The only downfall was that the steam room was out of action. The staff in the wellness centre were lovely. Reception staff on arrival - the girl was very pleasant and very welcoming. Dinner in 18th restaurant was poor we had a 9 pm reservation and the staff checked out literally at 9.30 I had to go to the bar to get wine !!! In the morning different restaurant for breakfast it was even worse - we waited 25 mins for our breakfast which was cold and really awful - what on earth is happening Rusacks you def need to work on this I was really disappointed in the decline 😔
