Very warm welcome and took us on a quick tour of property and allowed us to check in early. Lovely room and exactly as pictured on booking site. Clean and comfortable stay with beautiful ocean view room 💖

Pauline and Steve made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. There was a pot of tea and delicious slice of cake served on the patio outside. The location is good for Paignton, Brixham and nearby beaches. They've only been running for one year and have completely refurbished throughout. The rooms and decor are beautifully finished all with an expert level of care. We loved the honesty bar both the way it looked and the range of drinks available. Breakfast was very good with daily specials. We also ate at the nearby Railway Inn and our favourite was the Manor Inn in nearby Galmpton village which was an easy walk away. We hope to return again soon.
