The room was lovely, spacious, and calm. The restaurant/pub was lively with locals, yet there was always space for us and our friends. Food was delicious--great pies, tasty fish, satisfying breakfast, and fine beverages (especially the Jail Ale). But the best part was the hosts: always welcoming and kind, flexible and attentive to details.

The Cott Inn is a beautiful, well kept, traditional property with a lovely adjoining garden, a wonderful ambience and is a very comfortable place to spend an evening and an overnight stay. Very friendly and professional staff, a great choice of beverages and quality food. Breakfast quality and overall service quite exceptional.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful. Very comfortable room, great shower. The dinner I had was incredible! (And the gin and tonic!) I will definitely be coming back.

Room was of a good size well fitted with comfortable seating for evenings. Staff and locals were friendly. Options on what to have for breakfast if you wanted it.

The girls at the Dartbridge Inn are really lovely warm, professional, friendly and courteous. Our room was nice and quiet despite the hotel being beside a road. And the breakfasts are delicious + incredible value. Highly recommended. You ideally need a car though, as there isn't proper pedestrian access from Buckastleigh.
