Located in Chickerell, the Lugger Inn is just a 10-minute walk from Dorset’s World Heritage Jurrasic Coast.

A satellite TV and tea and coffee facilities are included in each room. Rooms have traditional decor and a modern tiled bathroom with a hairdryer. Free WiFi is available throughout the guest house.

Fabulous traditional pub with a modern twist. Easily one of the cheapest rooms available in the peak summer season in Dorset but that didn’t mean I had to compromise on cleanliness or comfort. Great room with TV, kettle tea and coffee. Live music on Saturday night, which I was concerned I might hear the noise in my room- but my room remained quiet and peaceful.

Really comfortable accommodation, everything super clean and new and really friendly hosts. Lots of thought has been put into this amazing guest house. I didn’t need to spend much because I could take my own food and drinks, my room had a full size fridge and there is a microwave, toaster, versatile seating and tables in the lounge. Loved not having to get up early for breakfast and the automated 24/7 check-in. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Friendly host, cheap and cheerful rooms - one of the most affordable places to stay in Weymouth. Nice that there was a guest lounge so we could socialise with our friends over dinner and breakfast. Good shower.

Really good location, away from all the noise but a very short walk to the seafront. Room was clean and welcoming, massive and very comfortable bed. The landlord was friendly and gave us good recommendations for dinner.

Amazing stay in a gorgeous guest house. Sylvia and Roger are such lovely hosts, friendly, kind, and nothing is too much. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with the amazing sea view to top it all of perfectly. My daughter said she had the best night sleep ever. Breakfast was delicious, the best tasty poached egg ever. Liked the idea of choosing breakfast the night before - less waste. Just a short walk from the train station, town centre and activities. Thank you, Sylvia and Roger for a perfect break away 10/10

This is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. The whole place was beautifully decorated and the room well equiped. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was promptly served and freshly cooked. Just a short drive from Weymouth and having a pub next door for dinner was a welcome bonus. We hope to be back.

A beautiful, historic Inn. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was so good, we ate breakfast, lunch & dinner in a one night stay! We relaxed thoroughly & will definitely visit again!
