The personnel assigned to me (Mr Charly Tak) was the best, picked me up from the airport and brought me to the pier (free of charge), made sure I had everything I need, led the staff to throw in a little birthday surprised for me while I was having dinner at their amazing restaurant by the beach, and even coordinated for me to the airline when I realized I left something from the airport and to a transport service back to Phnom Penh.

My friend was unwell during our stay and the owner kindly gave him medicine and extra water. Lovely breakfast on our patio outside our room. Very relaxing. Hidden treasure. Across from the beach.

What was exceptional was the staff. Charly (correct spelling) was a real hero and asset of the hotel. I recommend to the Hotel not to loose this guy. He went out of his way to please in every way. Oh, and the dinner was great too!

She is so helpful and the place is an oasis of tranquility in a noisy busy city. Lovely bar area with small pool to cool down in. I had a huge, light toom with a balcony.
