Pascal was a very gracious host and made our stay there all the more lovely. The bedroom and toilet were super clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Location was great (we had a car) and a short drive to the beach, shops, and there were many cafes/resraurants within walking distance as well.

This hotel is massive and has lots of room for kids to run around. It is straight across from the beach and has a few good restaurants to select from for dinner. The rooms were a good size and had a nice view from the balcony, looking over the pool area.

The view from our room was beautiful and the facilities (e.g. the pools and restaurants) were well designed and maintained. We ate most meals onsite -- everything we tried was delicious -- but had the option of walking or taking a shuttle down to the Naithon Beach shopping strip for dinner, beach time, and massages if we wanted a change of scenery. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and they all went above and beyond to welcome us.

The restaurants in the hotel had pretty good food at decent prices. Rooms were large and spacious and pools were gorgeous and clean. The beach was so quiet and nice, clean and perfect to swim. This hotel has great swimming poils and the kids area is amazing, so perfect for families! Breakfast was pretty good, loved the fresh fruits and espresso machine. I also got veggie noodles with tofu when I asked some warm vegeterian food. Hotel complex with 5 large pools. Rooms in several buildings. On-site shop open until 11pm. Breakfast very rich and good coffee. Also recommended for lunch and dinner. No more expensive than the restarnats on the street. We would love to come back to the most beautiful beach on the island of Phuket
