I find most pillows in hotels terrible, look fluffy but flatten out when you put your head on them. The Sharonville pillows were much better. The hostess was very sweet. The whole place was very clean. I loved the common area decor, the colors and wall mural were fun and a celebration of Cincinnati. I would stay here again if I needed to.

I liked that it had hooks for the kids to hang up coats and hats. Kids liked the fruit loops for breakfast. The hotel is close and with easy access to all points of tourist interest in downtown. The rooms are comfortable and big enough, with big windows. The hotel has 29 floors, but reaching our room on floor 15 - 6 elevators on disposal was not a problem. Breakfast options were buffet and a la carte. Friday and Saturday we enjoyed the life jazzy music downstairs around the bar corner. The cocktails were also a treat.

The property is maintained very clean and fresh. The interiors make it like a stay at home. We have bread toaster, coffee maker, salt, oil and required utensils in the kitchen to make basic meals.
