The location of this hotel is great, it’s right on the main shopping area of Kennebunkport. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, we felt very comfortable in the room and had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. I have to say the staff were also excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, sitting on your Adirondack chair by the water with a coffee in the morning is such a great way to start your day. The room is spacious, cosy and comfortable, and the place is very quiet. Exceeds expectations, and good value for money. Have just finished a New England road trip and this place was one of the the best spots. Also very friendly manager. Thanks

Good location, between the beach and the town, we enjoy walking so the 20min walk into the town centre was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The communication with the staff. I have stayed there a few times now and I will be booking with them again soon. Although there updating of the property it doesn't disrupt the stay.
